August 1st, 2024

Sonny assures Kristina that she won't have to appear in court because he'll put a halt to the custody battle before it gets that far. Scott informs Kristina that she'll have to give a deposition before then, so she shouldn't get her hopes up. Furious, Kristina goes to Ava's hotel room and warns that if Ava makes her testify, she'll reveal Ava's involvement in Morgan's death and her murder of Connie. While they're fighting, Kristina trips over John's bag and somehow falls out a window and down multiple stories into the hotel pool. Brook presents the idea of the new label to Blaze, who's excited until she learns that it was Natalia's idea and she wants to help run it. Natalia gives her a sincere apology about the pain she's caused, but that's not enough for Blaze. Now that she's trying to live an authentic life, she can't do business with someone who doesn't accept her for who she is. In fact, if Natalia can't come around, Blaze isn't sure they'll be able to continue having a relationship. Even though things between Molly and Kristina are better, Molly and T.J. vent more about the situation, to Sam and Jordan, respectively. While Jordan fails to calm T.J., instead encouraging him to fight for his rights if necessary, Molly's conversation with her sister makes her hopeful that everything will turn out well. T.J. then continues his venting with Alexis, seeming offended when she deigns to defend her daughter. Ava let John spend the night in her hotel room, and though she gives pretty big hints that she's done with him (beyond getting his help with her custody battle, of course), he thinks he has a shot at a replay of the previous night's activities. Trina sees him in the room wearing just a towel, and though Ava doesn't worry about news of her visitor spreading, Trina immediately tells Josslyn, so it's probably only a matter of time before word reaches Sonny. Lois has concerns about the new record label, both about Brook running it and about whether history will repeat itself and Sonny will bring the mob into it. Unsurprisingly, Sonny sees this as betrayal.

Welp! I didn't see that coming! Also, dang, that was a Friday cliffhanger on a Thursday. Those are fun.

Can't wait to see T.J. worry more about the baby than Kristina.

I was wondering how they would frame having Morgan in an episode (a dream, a "what if" scenario, etc.), but now I'm going to guess that Kristina will see him while having a near-death experience.

Speaking of which, Morgan mention – drink!

Do these people not understand genetics? Molly is biologically related to the baby. She and Kristina are sisters.

I thought Sonny wanted his involvement in the label to be anonymous.

August 2nd, 2024

Everyone at the pool is too stunned to do anything until Josslyn snaps into lifeguard mode and handles the emergency calmly and intelligently. Trina appears to be the only person who sees Ava in the window of the room Kristina fell out of. While Kristina's rushed to the hospital, Ava stages the room to make it look like there was a struggle so she can spin the narrative that Kristina attacked her. Too bad the cop she tells this lie to is Dante, who knows that Kristina would never turn violent. He also doubts Ava's claim that Kristina ran at her, Ava dodged her, and Kristina tripped over a pair of shoes and fell. By the end of the episode, Ava's in handcuffs and Kristina's about to undergo an emergency C-section. T.J. tries to guilt Alexis into choosing between her daughters, telling her that if she chooses Kristina, she could lose Molly, which will tear the family apart. Then he talks about how he's going to teach his child about the importance of family, but I guess not Molly's family, since he despises her sister so much. Alexis is basically like, "Remember eight-and-a-half months ago, when I warned you guys that this was a bad idea? I bet you wish you'd listened to me." Lois asks Sonny straight out if he's going to use mob money to finance the record label. When he says no, she asks for proof. Sonny brushes her off, since this doesn't even make the top five on the list of things he's dealing with right now. Brook finds out that Lois talked to Sonny on her behalf and chastises her for meddling. Trina confides to Gio that while she's usually able to look past Ava's past misdeeds in favor of giving her a clean slate, now she's not sure that was a good idea.

Maybe Josslyn should go back to pre-med. This was the best we've ever seen her in an emergency. And I liked that she offered to ride to the hospital with Kristina (and even used their former status as family to do it), though it felt like she was doing it as a favor to Blaze more than anything.

Dante's sharing a nice moment with Kristina? Better make sure we get a glimpse of Gio in the background! I mean, come on.

How did the police get to the pool faster than any hotel employees?

"No one's gonna believe it...unless I help them believe it." Yeah, that's called lying, Ava.

T.J., I'm going to need you to shut up. Like, a lot.

I guess Lois doesn't think that Brook, who's married to a cop, would consider the source of Sonny's money before agreeing to do business with him.

I really like how Amanda Setton and Rena Sofer, who've only worked together for a few months, make it feel like they've known each other for decades.

August 5th, 2024

Kristina's stable, at least until the end of the episode, but the baby, a girl, doesn't survive. T.J. blames Kristina (shocking, I know) because if there's one thing a pregnant woman shouldn't do, it's go to a hotel without T.J.'s knowledge or permission. Molly blames Sonny, since Kristina went to confront Ava for subpoenaing her to force her to testify about something violent Sonny did. Everyone feels too bad for the parents to tell them that their anger is misplaced. Molly lashes out at Sonny, and apparently that's the last straw for him after all the alleged betrayals he's experienced and the relationships that have fallen apart, so he goes up to the hospital roof, looking like he's thinking of jumping. If anything good comes out of this whole situation, it'll be that Natalia finally comes around on Blaze and Kristina, and Blaze sees that her mother isn't as traditional and disapproving as she'd thought. Josslyn turns to Dex for comfort, and also for sex because life is short and blah blah blah, this is just what Josslyn does after a traumatic experience. Trina tells Anna that she saw Ava in the window after Kristina's fall, and that she saw her close the curtains. That plus some other red flags from an interview Chase conducts with Ava make Anna decide to keep her at the police station.

Well, that's one way to end the Molly/Kristina mess.

The gold medal for long jumping to blame Sonny for something that wasn't his fault goes to Molly Lansing Davis.

I loved the edit where they cut from Ava saying she tried to calm Kristina down to a flashback of her trashing Sonny and Alexis.

Why was Jordan, of all people, the one to call Blaze?

No Sam or Michael, but at least we know how Josslyn feels about everything!

August 6th, 2024

Sonny imagines Morgan with him on the roof, trying everything possible to keep him from jumping. Sonny thinks he's to blame for so many bad things that have happened to his kids that they'd be better off with him dead. Morgan insists that his children and grandchildren need him even after he's caused them pain. Sometime later, Sonny shows up at Kevin's office and announces that something's wrong and he needs help. Kristina undergoes emergency surgery that could lead to a hysterectomy, BECAUSE OF COURSE. Her loved ones panic about possibly losing her along with the baby. She winds up pulling through, uterus intact, but it's a bittersweet win for the Corinthos-Davis clan, since they still have someone to mourn and aren't sure how all this will affect Molly and Kristina's relationship. Scott thinks that he'll be able to easily get Ava out of lock-up, but Anna doesn't give him any assistance in that department. While trying to track down Sonny, Jason learns from Brick that he had someone keeping surveillance on Ava's hotel room, and there are pictures of everything that happened. Jason passes the pictures on to Anna, who confronts Ava with what looks like proof that she made physical contact with Kristina. Ava gets arrested again, this time for assault and manslaughter. Kevin and Laura are basically filler, but at least they get to do non-angsty scenes, unlike most of the other characters right now, because it's Kevin's birthday and they're happy to be together. Carly tries to reassure Donna that even though she and Sonny fight sometimes, they still care about her.

I like the premise of Morgan's appearance more than what I'd expected. I'm guessing it was meant to be a nod to when Morgan almost jumped off the hospital roof. Back then, his hallucination of Kiki urged him to jump, while Sonny, Michael, and Andre talked him down. I really liked how this was different – Morgan tried to talk him down, and he wound up realizing that something was wrong and asking Kevin for help. It would have been more dramatic if, say, Jason or Michael or Dante had tried to help him, so I appreciate that they opted for something quieter but still impactful.

Also, speaking of Michael, uh, where's Michael?

I doubt they could get Ava convicted of manslaughter from those photos, which don't show her pushing Kristina (because she didn't), but they definitely show that Kristina didn't trash the room, which means Ava lied to law enforcement and obstructed justice.

Ha, after all that, they found John's bags anyway.

I find it really strange that no one told Carly that there was a major accident at the hotel she co-owns.

August 7th, 2024

The day after the baby's death, Molly decides to deal with her grief by acting like everything's normal, which means going to work. At least that's where she tells T.J. she's going – all she ends up doing is confronting Ava with the results of the baby's autopsy. She urges Ava to plead guilty so they can avoid reliving everything at a trial. Ava sticks to her story that Kristina was out of control and blames her for the baby's death. Thanks to some medication provided by Kevin, Sonny is evening out and fully understands that everyone who said something was off with him was right. He even agrees to have some therapy sessions with Kevin, who reports that a blood test didn't detect any of his medication in his system. Sonny tells Jason about his emotional state the night before, his trip to the hospital roof, and his conversation with Morgan, which is what made him ask for help. He admits that he didn't tell Kevin about the Morgan part, but he feels comfortable discussing it with Jason. Carly and Josslyn rush Donna to the ER when they learn that she took a bunch of Sonny's pills, thinking they were vitamins. Kevin checks in on Ava, who asks him to help her get bailed out of lock-up with the excuse that Avery can't be with Sonny. He tells her that Sonny isn't a danger to Avery and is getting help. Just as she overhears him talking to someone on the phone about a problem with Sonny's medication, Elizabeth tells Carly, Sonny, Jason, and Josslyn that the pills Donna took were placebos. Jordan, Curtis, and Stella help T.J. clear out the nursery, since Molly doesn't want to be involved. He's shifted from blaming Kristina for the baby's death to blaming Sonny. Stella gets him to move from anger to sadness, but he ends up grieving alone because Molly doesn't want to go home to him yet. Trina feels bad about pointing the police toward Ava, but Ava has no hard feelings. Trina's unsure whether to believe Ava's claim that she didn't push Kristina, and she argues to Portia that despite having done bad things in the past, Ava's a good person. Portia, however, is pretty sure that Ava's guilty and that her daughter's been snowed.

Not to get sappy but it's heartwarming that Sonny wouldn't tell Kevin that he hallucinated Morgan, but he did tell Jason.

Isn't Donna a little too old to be taking unknown medication? And isn't Avery definitely too old to randomly swipe a bottle? This all seems like a pointless "twist" in the plot. They would have found out about the placebos from Kevin having the medication tested.

Ava's going to be like, "See, it's a good thing I had Sonny's medication replaced with placebos."

Trina thinks Ava could be innocent simply because Ava said she was? Oh, Trina. I didn't expect you to be such a naïve little bunny.

August 8th, 2024

Sonny, Jason, and Carly all assume that Ava was responsible for the placebos, so Carly calls Anna to fill her in. Anna doesn't seem to think there's enough pointing toward Ava to pursue this, and she's mostly concerned that Sonny will go after her. Instead, Sonny sends Jason to try to get information out of Ava. She tells him that she found out that someone messed with Sonny's medication and then felt compelled to "follow up," but she won't give Jason the name of the first tamperer, knowing that once she's spilled, she'll be expendable. Anna asks John about the nature of his relationship with Ava, which he won't say anything about. He's suspicious of what part Ava played in Kristina's fall, but he drops that when she asks him to protect the pharmacist who swapped out the pills, not necessarily because Sonny could have him killed but because he could rat her out. Alexis tries to help Kristina with her grief, but there's not much she can do, especially now that Kristina is being open about feeling like the baby was hers. It's not clear what or how much she remembers about being in Ava's hotel room, but she definitely blames Ava for her fall, and she asks Sonny to make her pay. At the hospital for a surgery follow-up, Heather tries to apologize to Trina but barely gets out two words before Portia jumps in to make her back off. Trina approaches her alone later, willing to listen but not willing to forgive. Heather tries to make excuses for Esme, saying that Ryan manipulated her and played on her love for Spencer, but Trina isn't fooled. She vows to not live in fear even if Heather manages to get released from prison. Scott still wants to represent Heather and go after the company whose shoddy product gave her cobalt poisoning. She seems to be considering it, so he invites Alexis to work on the case with him. Even if this weren't the worst possible time for this to come up, Alexis would still think he's insane for that idea.

Unless I'm misremembering (always a possibility), Ava doesn't know that Valentin was the tamperer.

It would be nice to see a scene between Sam and Kristina, since Sam knows what it's like to lose a baby, but she's basically only a guest star on this show now, so I won't hold my breath.

Enough with Heather! No one wants this!

I love cool, steely Trina.

August 9th, 2024

Sonny promises Kristina that Ava will pay for her actions, though he doesn't say explicitly that she'll do that with her life. Kristina isn't satisfied with her just serving prison time, though she's very interested in the photos from their confrontation and the possibility that they'll prove that Ava pushed her. Alexis overhears Sonny and Kristina more or less talking about murdering Ava, and she makes it very clear to Sonny that he can't be responsible for anything that happens to her, because Kristina will have to live with guilt over that for the rest of her life. Sonny basically says, "Thanks for weighing in but I'll take it from here." Laura assures Heather that she's going to drop the subject of reopening her case and will never bring it up again. She'll also keep visiting Heather in prison and make sure she gets regular updates about Ace. Portia thanks Laura for doing the right thing, and Laura tells Kevin that she's decided for sure that Heather should remain behind bars. But Heather now wants the company that manufactured the faulty hip replacement to pay, and she asks Elizabeth to pass along a message to Scott that she's in. Drew and Willow get stuck in an elevator together and she slowly starts losing her mind about possibly having to go on a business trip with him. He tells her he'll sit it out because he doesn't want to bring any more complications to her life. Nina finds them standing a little too close to each other, and when Willow practically sprints away, Nina assumes that Drew did something to make her uncomfortable. Then she offers to help him with something for his campaign, and the way they're practically flirting makes me think that they'll be the ones who are a little too close to each other next. Michael offers his support to Kristina, who's now obsessed with the pictures from Ava's hotel room because they're from the last moments when the baby was alive. Michael asks Willow to talk to her, since she knows what it's like to lose a baby. Kevin checks in with Alexis, who's torn between being there for Kristina and comforting Molly. He reminds her that she needs to take care of herself and accept any help she's offered.

"It isn't fair to Ace to have his grandma in the slammer." Ma'am, his mother is dead and his father is also in prison. You're waaaaaay far down on the list of things in his life that are unfair.

What's the opposite of cool as a cucumber? That's Willow.

Nina being all "what did you do to her??" with Drew was hilarious.

Kevin telling Alexis not to try to do everything herself would have been a great lead-in to her calling Ric and saying, "Our daughter is on the edge – get your a%$ out here."

August 12th, 2024

Molly continues keeping her distance from T.J. and from anything involving burying or memorializing the baby. He wants to do traditional religious things, since that's important to him and his family, while she would rather focus on making sure Ava faces justice. Eventually, though, T.J. closes the gap between them a little. Blaze has been offered a slot opening for Miguel's fall tour, but she'd have to leave right away, and she has no intention of ditching Kristina right now, even though Kristina doesn't seem particularly interested in having her around. Natalia asks Brook not to turn down the slot on her behalf just yet, thinking that she can convince Kristina to get Blaze to accept it. Nina tells Maxie about Willow and Drew's make-out session and her plan to keep them apart: She'll draw Drew's attention back to her and hope that Willow gets over her attraction to him quickly. Maxie thinks she's crazy, but since she and Drew are consenting adults, she's not going to say anything (also because she wants to stop thinking about Nina and Drew together). As Michael requested, Willow visits Kristina as someone who can relate to what she's going through, but their conversation doesn't really help Kristina. Willow fixes an IV for Kristina, which gives her the idea to go back to nursing so she has an excuse to stay away from Drew. Because Port Charles always needs so much help from the WSB, the bureau has decided to open an office in town, and you'll never guess who's been chosen to head it! Carly's surprised to see Brennan in Port Charles, and she lets him work his charms on her. Anna interrupts to let him know that whatever he's up to, she's on to him.

A gold star for T.J., who managed to go an entire episode without trashing Kristina.

Every day they don't name the baby is a slap in my face, like they know how much I hate having to type "the baby" over and over.

Should I be suspicious that Miguel's opening at suddenly dropped out? Sonny had nothing to do with that, right?

I love how Nina's acting like diverting Drew's attention from Willow is some big sacrifice when she's getting sex out of it.

"If you fall in love with him, I'm gonna have to kill you." Love you, Maxie.

That Willow/Kristina conversation should have been between Sam and Kristina.

If I'm Michael and my wife decides basically out of nowhere to quit nursing, then decides again basically out of nowhere to go back, I'm going to think something's up.

Anna needs to have a come-to-Jesus conversation with Carly.

August 13th, 2024

Blaze feels like Kristina is forcing her to choose between their relationship and her career. Kristina confirms that, not wanting Blaze to miss out on a great opportunity when she's not sure what the future holds for them. Clearly she's in the depression stage of grief, and she doesn't want Blaze waiting around for her when she doesn't know that she can still love Blaze back. Blaze backs down and agrees to go on tour, but before she leaves, she makes a big career-related move: She fires Natalia. Out on bail, Ava goes to the Metro Court for a celebratory drink with John and Scott, which angers Carly. It does give her a chance to side-eye Ava and John at the same time, though. Ava tells John that Jason visited her in lockup and mentioned that he and Sonny know about the medication swap. She admits that she doesn't know who did the first swap, though John isn't entirely convinced. He promises that the pharmacist is safe, but he plans to use the guy as bait to nail Sonny – eventually, he'll make sure Sonny knows where the pharmacist is, and when Sonny goes to confront him, John will be waiting. After learning that Ava made bail, Anna warns Sonny and Jason not to go after her. Sonny's already decided to put that off, knowing that the timing is wrong. He plans to let the legal system get justice for him; then when Ava's in prison and Sonny has full custody of Avery, Ava will meet with an unfortunate accident. For now, Sonny will prioritize his family, though it's also in the back of his mind that, assuming Ava told Jason the truth, someone else is out to get him. Jason wonders if Kristina will be okay with Sonny's plan or if she'll take matters into her own hands and go after Ava herself. Sonny doesn't think she's capable of that, but just for the record, I think she is. Anna guesses that Brennan was the one who got rid of the evidence against Carly, which he will neither confirm or deny. Though he pretends that he's in Port Charles because he was assigned there, he tells Carly that he was given a choice between there and Bali, and he chose Port Charles, possibly at least partially because she lives there. Molly gets a look at the pictures of Kristina and Ava from just before the fall and seems concerned about something. Tracy teaches Violet a little Quartermaine history.

I've never liked Blaze more than I did today.

Blaze: "You're the parent, so whatever you say goes." Natalia: "I am the parent." Your kid's 30. Get bent, Natalia.

Actually, the whole show can get bent for writing out Blaze. It makes absolutely no sense.

I guess all is forgiven between Sonny and Jason, and Jason is working for Sonny again, either officially or unofficially.

I need a scene where Violet tells someone – anyone, really – that she had a tea party with Tracy, and that person replies, "Tracy who?"

I'm not sure those photos are even admissable in court, but yeah, Corinthoses, go ahead and hinge everything on them.

August 14th, 2024

Felicia finally gets through to Mac about Cody, telling him that he's free to hold a grudge all he wants, but he doesn't get to let it affect James. Maxie is happy to give a mopey James the news that he can take riding lessons from Cody again, but James has already run away. Michael overhears Willow telling Sasha that she won't be working with Drew anymore, so she has to spill that she's decided to go back to nursing. Drew questions this sudden develop, which Willow claims she's been considering for a while. He hopes it's not because of him, and she blurts out that she can't stop thinking about him and is trying to put as much distance between them as possible. With Blaze gone, the plans for the new record label have been shelved, and Natalia sees no reason to stay in town, so she tells Sonny she's going back to Puerto Rico. He changes her mind by offering to invest in Deception and letting her represent him in business matters. Brook is on board, but Tracy isn't. Lois just wants to make sure the money is legit. Tracy adopts Cody as her new Finn and plays backgammon with him while talking about the real Finn. A conversation with Michael about his support of Willow somehow turns into advice for Sasha to take a chance on a new relationship, even though she knows that everything could go wrong. She tells Cody she's ready to move forward, but their attempts to get naked together are again thwarted, this time by Maxie, who's guessed that James went to see Cody. Gio has three minutes of screentime, talking about Sonny to Brook and Lois, which is still three more minutes than a lot of contract cast members have had all month.

An episode with James, Nina, Natalia, and unnecessary Gio after the dismissal of Blaze feels personal.

Five adults in the park – FIVE – and James was able to run off without anyone noticing. You all suck.

"I miss nursing. It's what fulfills me." You did it for, like, two weeks, but okay.

Darn it, Sonny! We could have been rid of Natalia!

Deception doesn't already have a CFO? What goes on over there?

So we're pretending that Sasha and Cody haven't progressed at all because she wasn't ready, not simply because they haven't had any screentime?

August 15th, 2024

A bunch of people search the Quartermaine property for James, who's stuck in the boathouse while Willow and Nina talk outside it. When he's finally free to leave, he falls in the lake trying to fetch a Frisbee and apparently forgets how to swim. To absolutely no one's surprise, I'm sure, Cody saves him. Lucy is fully on board with Deception bringing Sonny on as an investor and Natalia as the CFO, and not just because Tracy's opposed. Lois isn't convinced that Sonny won't invest mob money in Deception, so he has Jason vouch for him. Lois argues that to Tracy, but nothing will convince Tracy that working with Sonny is a good idea. She gets overruled, though, so Sonny and Natalia both get what they want. Sonny and Jason decide to question the pharmacist about the placebos, which leads to them discovering that he was last seen with John. They're not sure if that means John was the first medication tamperer, but Sonny wouldn't put it past him. He's prepared to resort to violence, if necessary, which is still what John's banking on. Scott eagerly teams up with him and suggests that they move the pharmacist to Wyndemere until they're ready to use him as bait. Ava has a lot of reservations about the plan, mostly over the parts where her innocence and safety aren't guaranteed. Willow lists all the things she likes about Drew, because apparently this is more than a crush. Also, she feels like Michael keeps things from her, and she's still bitter about him doing that in the past, as if she didn't spend months not telling him that she had cancer. Nina continues being a steady, calm presence who reassures Willow that she's making good decisions and putting her family first. Michael definitely believes that, and he even invites her to a family gathering at the end of the month. Felicia chastises Mac for what she sees as punishing Cody by keeping him and James apart. She also doesn't think he has any place to talk about Cody's cons and various sketchy actions because Mac wasn't exactly a saint when he was younger. Whatever, now that Cody has saved James, I'm sure Mac will come around on him.

What a dumb crisis. James can swim! We've see him swim!

I bet James has no idea the value of the dirt he overheard.

No one seems worried that Deception will look bad for turning on Natalia, then hiring her.

If Tracy really thinks that Sonny investing in Deception will tank the company, why doesn't she get out now?

I don't buy Ava giving even a moment of thought to the pharmacist's safety. If Sonny kills him, he can't testify against her AND Sonny goes to prison, which gives her full custody of Avery.

Ooh, we're going to Wyndemere? Maybe we'll finally find out who bought it?

August 16th, 2024

Jason tries to talk Sonny down from killing an FBI agent, but Sonny has as much tunnel vision about John as John does about him. John's leads him to concoct a ridiculous plan to protect Ava: He'll label her a federal witness in the RICO case against Sonny, and from there he'll twist things so that it looks like Kristina conspired with Sonny to kill her. This leads to John arresting Kristina in front of Sonny, Alexis, and Molly. All is forgiven between Mac and Cody, and all it took was a child falling in a lake! Mac tells James that Cody is his son, and Mac was mad at him because of all the time they lost together. But now things are good because Cody saved James, and all of them are going to be a family. Everyone's happy now, and let's just say that Cody's going to celebrate with Sasha. Brick has been keeping an eye on Scott after he was spotted at the gallery with Ava and John, and he reports to Jason when Scott heads to the place where John stashed the pharmacist. Jason heads over there, narrowly missing Scott, and gets the pharmacist to spill everything, including Ava's part in the medication swap and the fact that Valentin was the person who paid for the first swap. Speaking of Valentin, Laura has a meeting with Anna and Brennan and asks them to find him. Both of them have reasonable excuses not to do that, but Anna guesses that Brennan already knows where he is and won't give him up. Stella encourages Molly and T.J. to lean on and grieve with each other, and Alexis gives Molly the same advice. Instead, T.J. goes to Ava, thinking she'll tell him the truth about what happened in the hotel room. When she tells her version of the truth (AKA lies that Kristina attacked her), he believes her, because of course he does. Alexis tries to support Kristina, who just wants to know when Sonny's going to kill Ava. He tells her that he's not going to, and also, Alexis is on to them, so Kristina needs to chill. Laura gets a concerning phone call that has something to do with Lulu.

Wherever this stuff with Kristina goes, I have to believe that when it's done, John will be off the show. They can't justify keeping him around after this.

Imagine Scott Baldwin telling you that he's your only hope.

I need Alexis to be less gentle with Molly and T.J. when it comes to them blaming Kristina for what happened, because it's absolutely unacceptable. "Kristina always has to be coddled." She fell out a f&^%$#@ window. Shut up, Molly.

I don't see the point of the Molly/Ashfords scenes today, other than the mentions of Irene, which just makes me think again that that's what they should name the baby.

How many times do you think T.J. visited Kristina when she was in the hospital? I'm going to say zero.

Huh. I assumed that "Laura receives a distressing call" had to do with Lucky, not Lulu.

Also, I'm not saying that Laura should use that whatever's going on there to lure Valentin and Charlotte out, but it would probably work.

August 19th, 2024

Alexis and Molly berate John for the ridiculousness of arresting Kristina, which Sonny knows is all about him. Alexis immediately shifts into mama-bear mode, and that combined with the return of her law license means John is in for a rough time (though I'm sure he thinks it'll be worth it). While she and Dante work to make sure that Kristina doesn't have to spend the night in a jail cell just hours after being released from the hospital, Molly expresses her doubts to Jordan that Kristina's fall was Ava's fault. Still, she thinks that Kristina could have attacked Ava, which means, in Molly logic, that the baby's death is her fault. Lulu's health is declining, so Laura asks Anna to find Valentin in case Charlotte needs to go say goodbye to her mother. Dante and Laura agree that they shouldn't say anything to Rocco yet, though. Jason tells Anna that Valentin was the first medication swapper, and that she's the reason he's escaping punishment. Anna asks Jason not to tell Sonny about that yet so he doesn't kill Valentin and cause Charlotte to lose a parent just as her other parent might be dying. Having learned his lesson from the last time Anna helped Valentin escape law enforcement, Jason quickly tells Sonny what Valentin did. Violet and Tracy are supposed to go riding with Cody, who's forgotten about that because he's busy trying to strip with Sasha. He realizes his error just before Tracy and Violet come looking for him in his room, and Violet buys that he was just taking a nap. Tracy fails to catch on that he wasn't alone until Sasha comes downstairs. She's still not thrilled that Cody forgot about their arrangements, but she's more forgiving when she sees how happy he is to be on better terms with Mac. Brad wants to work at GH again, and though Terry is very resistant (and has more than enough reasons to justify that resistance), he uses Britt's memory to guilt her into at least giving him a shot at an interview.

I hope Molly and Alexis double-team John many more times. Then again, I also hope Molly shuts up, because she's driving me crazy.

"You've gone way too far." "Is that a threat?" No, you moron! I swear, John gets dumber every day.

This Lulu stuff might be a little more interesting if there hadn't been a leak about them possibly recasting.

They don't have anything else for Jane Elliot to do? (Dressing Tracy and Violet alike was cute, though.)

Every time someone talks about liking Brad, I feel like Terry, going down the list of horrible things he's done, wondering how people can excuse them.

Also, I guess he doesn't work for Selina anymore. Where is Selina, anyway?

Alexis manages to get Kristina an emergency bail hearing, which means the prosecutor doesn't have much time to review the case before he has to take on the unenviable job of arguing that a woman who just almost died and who was recently released from the hospital after an emergency C-section should go to jail. Sonny is warned to be on his best behavior, which he has no problem with, since watching Alexis work her magic while John has to keep his mouth shut is his new favorite thing. The hearing goes better than the defendant's side could have ever hoped for, as the second the judge hears about Kristina's condition, as well as the fact that there's no evidence supporting the charges against her, she has Kristina released from custody. John blows up, which leads the judge to give him 48 hours to present acceptable evidence against Kristina. If he can't, he'll be the one in a jail cell. Ava has realized that things have gone way too far, and she spills to Nina everything she and John have done to railroad Sonny and Kristina. Nina believes her when she swears she didn't push Kristina, and she can empathize with having people assume you've done something you haven't just because you've done bad things in the past. This isn't going to help Ava, though, and now she has to deal with John stage-momming her into perfecting her testimony in a desperate attempt to get any kind of charge against anyone with the last name Corinthos to stick. Laura finds Cyrus visiting Lulu, something he apparently does multiple times a week. Whatever, no one cares. Kevin joins her and they learn that Lulu's doctor is concerned about some tests and needs to run more. Laura confides to Kevin how difficult it is to never get any good news, and how this time, the good news would be that there's no change. She wants to keep holding on to hope until there's a reason not to. Unfortunately, that may be coming – Lulu's liver function is declining, and if that continues, she'll experience liver failure. Dante gives Rocco a heads-up that something's going on with Lulu but he won't know more until Laura gets back in touch. Rocco says that while he has lots of photos and videos of his mother, he doesn't ever get to hear her real voice, and he's afraid he'll forget what it sounds like. But he's in the same camp as Laura, refusing to give up hope that one day, even if it's a long time from now, Lulu will wake up. Molly and T.J. reconnect and engage in some victim-blaming together. Sam is allowed back on the show long enough to talk to Dante and attend Kristina's hearing.

"I think I made a gigantic mistake." "I did something really stupid." Ava, all you've done for the past three weeks is do really stupid things and make one long, gigantic mistake.

Ava would be smart to work out some sort of immunity deal for lying to the police in exchange for ratting out John.

Lulu needing a liver transplant would be a great opportunity to have Nikolas pop in, but they'll probably put that on Lucky without addressing how he can donate part of his liver to Lulu but wasn't a match when she needed bone marrow years ago.

Cyrus visits Lulu multiple times a week and no one told Laura? Do they just let anyone in there to visit whoever they want?

Also, what is this, Bring Back Characters Jenn Hates Week?

Once again, I'm impressed with the actor who plays Rocco. He's better than some of the adult actors who pass through the show.

August 21st, 2024

On the morning of the baby's funeral, Molly and T.J. finally decide on a name for their daughter. T.J. credits Stella for inspiring their choice, Irene. Marshall and Stella are both touched, and Stella hopes she can get through the events of the day without falling apart too much. Kristina apparently made up her mind at some point before Irene's death that she was going to petition to keep her. Alexis tells her to put the affidavit away and never let Molly and T.J. find out about it. Molly comes by to tell Kristina privately about the baby's name, and Kristina objects to not being included in the decision. Alexis has to break up their argument and remind them that this is a day to support each other. John looms over Ava as she makes an official statement to Anna that Kristina threatened to kill her in the hotel room. He's thrilled that things are finally going his way, but he wants more leverage, so he goes to Alexis' house to drag Kristina back to the station for more questioning. Alexis is fully prepared to put him off, knowing that under the terms of Kristina's release, his encounters with her have to be prearranged. While she's trying not to tear John's head off and Kristina's trying to hold herself together, Molly finds the affidavit. Sonny wants to use Anna as bait for Valentin, which Jason doesn't agree with. Anna interrupts to give Sonny the heads-up that Ava claims that Kristina threatened her life, something Anna thinks is a total lie orchestrated by John. Speaking of things Ava and John claim to be true without any evidence, Scott has disappeared and they think Jason did something to him. When Anna follows up with Jason, she notes that he's verging on returning to his old, Sonny-centric life, and it won't be long before he has to decide if that's what he wants. Jason doesn't appreciate her judgment and points out that she's been compromising herself for a long time, most recently with Valentin. Anna has to admit that she's made some bad decisions. However, she's committed to taking Sonny down, and she hopes that when that eventually happens, Jason isn't standing with him. Josslyn and Trina fight about whether Ava pushed Kristina, whether she's capable of being a good person, blah blah blah, can we go a week without hearing Josslyn's opinion on something? The disagreement with Josslyn does make Trina question her friendship with Ava, since she didn't mention that Kristina allegedly threatened to kill her, which means Ava lied to either Trina or the police. Ava confesses that the FBI is forcing her to say things she doesn't want to, and she's afraid for her life if she doesn't cooperate.

I didn't expect them to bring Shawn back for the funeral, because they treat him like he doesn't exist anymore, but they could at least have someone mention him.

Hey, where has Marshall been?

"I'm sure you can handle it. You're very resourceful. Just figure out a way to get here. You're needed for once." Alexis had to have been talking to Ric. Also, LOL.

Alexis is right, John could really benefit from a visit to a psychiatrist at Ferncliff. Maybe this will end with him being taken away in a straightjacket while he screams Sonny's name over and over.

Josslyn and Trina need to agree to disagree about Ava and make her an off-limits topic of conversation.

Does Ava really think that Trina could be in danger if she gets mixed up in her mess? Like, she thinks Sonny would hurt Trina? Not a chance.

August 22nd, 2024

With T.J. receiving comfort from his whole family and Kristina attracting the attention Molly clearly thinks she deserves instead, Molly's feeling alone before Irene's funeral. Fortunately (for her, at least), Ric shows up. Kristina reveals to a couple of people that she was going to name the baby Adela, though when she speaks about the baby during the service, she calls her Irene. She talks about how they were together for more than eight months, and Kristina knew her better than anyone, and though she's obviously not trying to take digs at Molly, it's understandable that Molly feels that way. What isn't understandable is Molly practically rolling her eyes at Kristina's show of emotion, like, let her be sad. It doesn't take anything away from you. At the burial, Molly hears Kristina calling the baby Adela and flips out, accusing Kristina of sacrificing the baby while trying to protect Sonny. Sonny tries to convince Ava that John wants to kill her and urges her to recant her statement and allow him to offer her protection. She doesn't buy it, and she may have lost her chance to change her mind, because John has her taken into protective custody. Criticism about her accent and a broken nail threaten to ruin Lois' first appearance on Home & Heart, but she pulls herself together and turns things around, at least until a caller insults her accent again. Willow can relate to everyone's grief over Irene, though the way she says that she knows what it's like not to be able to have someone you love with you makes it sound like she's talking about Drew. She seems poised to spill everything to Michael, but of course she doesn't. Maxie questions what Natalia's getting out of her new business arrangement with Sonny. Trina and Josslyn make up, in case anyone was losing sleep over that. James continues taking up screentime that could go to plenty of other people.

So Molly's logic is that Kristina should have known that if she went to Ava's hotel room, Ava would turn violent? Okay.

Ric wasn't going to come because he thought he might be a distraction? What does that even mean?

Kristina wanting to call the baby Adela is like...just stick your middle finger directly in T.J.'s face.

I am hissing at the caller and the makeup artist like a cat. Lois' accent is at least a third of her appeal.

Fire the wardrobe person who put Morgan Fairchild in fluorescent yellow and Rena Sofer in shamrock green knowing they were going to stand next to each other.

August 23rd, 2024

No one says anything as Molly continues blaming Kristina for Irene's death, then announces that Kristina was going to try to get custody of her. In fact, Molly thinks that Alexis got her law license back to help her, and that she assisted with the petition. Eventually, the fight gets broken up, but a line has clearly been drawn, with Kristina, Alexis, and Sam on one side and Molly, T.J., and Ric on the other. Molly later apologizes to T.J. for ruining a day that was supposed to be about Irene, but he doesn't think she has anything to be sorry for. Ric also thinks that Molly was right to stand up for herself and her child. Molly expects Alexis to try to get her to place peacemaker, but in actuality, Alexis encourages Kristina to fix things with Molly because Alexis would give anything to be able to talk to Kristina's namesake again. Laura has Lulu transferred to GH while doctors try to sort out her condition and figure out what to do. She suspects that people think she's crazy for still believing that Lulu can wake up and have a meaningful life after all this time, but that won't stop her. Elizabeth reminds her how strong she was when Lulu had aplastic anemia as a child, and she wants Laura to exhibit that same strength again. Laura wishes she knew where Lucky was and could bring him home. He likely feels the same way, as he's been imprisoned somewhere in conditions that don't look very pleasant. Dante doesn't feel like he can lean on his family while Lulu's declining, partly because they already have their plates full with Kristina and partly because she's his ex, and he's not sure about his place in her life. Chase tells him he can feel however he feels, and his affection for Lulu doesn't diminish his love for Sam. Maxie visits Lulu and urges her to do that classic 11th-hour victory thing Spencers are so good at. She reveals that she never told Dante that Lulu picked him over Dustin, and she seems to want them to get back together if Lulu ever wakes up. Haven comes to Lois' rescue and helps get the segment back on track. Afterward, though, Lois worries that people really do dislike her because of her accent. Brook tries to reassure her, but Lois is still self-conscious. On the plus side, customers loved the segment, and even Tracy thinks it went well. T.J. tells Jordan that Kristina was planning to keep the baby, which infuriates her in a way that says Kristina's really lucky not to have to go up against her.

I can't believe T.J. was the one who broke up Molly and Kristina's fight. And good for him for putting the Hippocratic Oath above his feelings about Kristina and making sure she was okay physically.

It's so annoying when the show publicizes a big return, then spends the returning character's first episode back disguising their identity.

If Laura really believes that people think she's crazy for holding out hope that Lulu will wake up, she should remind them that Nina was in a coma for more than 20 years.

Am I paranoid for thinking that someone drugged Lulu? And maybe Lucky's abduction has something to do with it? Like, someone's going to force him to do something in exchange for saving her?

Sounds like Maxie ships Dante and Lulu, so...maybe don't mention that to Sam.

I was going to say that the show needs more psychiatrists, because so many people need therapy and Kevin's just one person, but Chase did pretty well with Dante.

I kind of wish we'd gotten a custody battle if only to see Jordan spit fire.

August 26th, 2024

Lucky has infiltrated some compound, supposedly to show that he's worthy of being hired by some mysterious boss. He's told to kill a doctor who's been taken hostage in order to prove that he's right for the organization. The gun turns out not to be loaded, but since Lucky pulled the trigger, he passes the test and will get to meet the boss. It turns out that the doctor, Isaiah, is a colleague of Lucky's who he's there to rescue. Isaiah doesn't think they'll be able to escape the compound, but Lucky, being Luke's son, knows better than to be pessimistic. Lulu has cirrhosis and needs a transplant, because of course she does. With Lucky's location still unknown, Laura makes arrangements for Nikolas to get tested. Everyone thinks this will all work out perfectly and there's nothing to worry about, and I'm sure they're right! Brennan has Carly brought to his office, knowing that Jason will show up to check in. While Carly runs off to Anna, worried that Brennan is going to try to pull the same thing that John did with Jason, Brennan offers Jason a job that sounds suspiciously like what he spent decades doing for Sonny. Jason turns him down multiple times, but Brennan is patient and thinks that when the opportunity is presented again in the future, Jason may change his mind. Chase tells Brook what's going on with Lulu, neither of them realizing that Tracy should be included in the conversation instead of having to overhear information about someone she cares about. Brook tells Chase a little about her and Lulu's troubled teen pasts and early 20s, including that whole thing where Carly paid Brook to break up Dante and Lulu. Brook starts to make some big confession but changes her mind when they get interrupted. Anna asks Robert to help her track down Valentin, claiming it's only because Laura needs to get in touch with Charlotte. Robert reacts like he's thinking, "If you have any intentions of getting with him, I'm never going to let you hear the end of it." Lois continues obsessing over her accent, this time with Gio, before calling a dialect coach. Sam is super-supportive of Dante, trying to reassure him that Lulu will get through her illness.

The Lucky stuff was kind of confusing, but I actually appreciate that they didn't spoonfeed the backstory to us. We can put things together ourselves.

I like Isaiah. Can he stay?

Aw, someone should have told Tracy what was going on with Lulu so she didn't have to overhear it while Chase was telling Brook.

Speaking of, why are we making Lulu's situation about Brook?

Can't wait to hear the contrived reason Nikolas can't be a liver donor, because it obviously has to go that way.

I'm not watching Lois do a Brooklyn version of My Fair Lady. I'm not.

August 27th, 2024

Laura goes to see Nikolas, who hopes that saving Lulu will be a step in the atonement he's aiming for after all the horrible things he's done. It won't be, since his own liver function isn't strong enough for him to be a donor. Laura encourages him to stay strong and complete his sentence so he can come home and be a good father to Ace. He, in turn, encourages her to find Lucky. Ric berates Alexis for seemingly favoring Kristina over Molly, which Alexis of course denies. She thinks that Molly is capable of dealing with her grief without her mother right now, while Kristina's on the verge of a breakdown. Also, she doesn't want any parenting criticism from Ric, who hasn't even been around in almost a decade. Molly basically gets therapy from Dex, who gets her to admit that, while she resents that Kristina always gets more attention, she's never asked Alexis for more. Dex is like, "Not to say that you should suck it up or anything, but I had an actual abusive childhood while all your problems stem from your resentment of your sister, so maybe get over it and have a mature conversation with your relatives." Molly doesn't think that she and Kristina will ever patch things up, and she has no intention of trying, but she does want to smooth things over with Alexis. Alexis promises that she had nothing to do with Kristina's plans to keep Irene, and she didn't shut them down because she didn't think Kristina could handle it. But she definitely hasn't chosen Kristina over Molly, and she doesn't want to lose any of her daughters. Tracy blames Dante for the ways Lulu has become a less vibrant person over the years, what with his infidelity and abandonment. He tries to fire back by saying that everything Tracy's done for Lulu (and probably promised Luke she would do) has come to nothing, like, she's not a miracle worker, dude. Heather tells Elizabeth that she and Scott are plotting to get her released from prison. Elizabeth breaks it to her that Scott has left town indefinitely, so that's not going to happen any time soon, if ever. Portia gets involved while drawing Heather's blood for a test Scott ordered, and she's pretty confident that Heather's staying in prison, since it's not like any other lawyer is going to want to take up her case. Ric proves her wrong by announcing that he's Heather's new attorney. Carly and Josslyn go check on Lulu, officially getting themselves inserted in that storyline. It's also an excuse for Carly and Elizabeth to interact, which means they're together when Ric shows up, and Carly prevents Elizabeth from having any kind of meaningful reunion with her ex.

I don't remember, since it was so long ago and I wasn't watching regularly yet, but why wasn't Lucky able to donate bone marrow to Lulu? Wouldn't the same conditions apply now?

Has everyone forgotten that Lulu has a third brother?

Ric is right about the Alexis/Kristina/Molly dynamic. I'm so mad.

In light of recent ridiculous breaking news, Alexis' desire not to lose any of her daughters is foreshadowing.

I'm really enjoying all the anti-Ric snark. Keep up the good work, everyone!

Speaking of: "It's just too bad so many of the things that tie us together are just so awful." (Cue Ric) I almost choked.

I always wondered who was paying for all of Lulu's care. I don't know why I never thought it was Tracy.

Dex and Molly? How random.

August 28th, 2024

Lucky and Isaiah are able to manipulate a chance to get off the compound, but at the last minute, Lucky is told to stay back. Isaiah doesn't want to leave without him, but Lucky urges him to go so he can come back with WSB assistance. Laura has the same idea about a WSB rescue and asks Brennan to track down Lucky. She's dissatisfied when he only says he'll do what he can. She feels like the WSB owes the Spencers, so Brennan should do more than just make a few calls. I guess that gets through to him because he does find out where Lucky was last seen (a refugee camp on the border of Somalia and Ethiopia), but that's as much as he can do, since the WSB isn't exactly welcome in the region. Laura and Kevin decide they'll go get Lucky, sending Ace off with Tracy to join the dozen children already staying at the Quartermaines'. Alexis seems uncomfortable around Kristina while she's talking about keeping the baby and her rivalry with Molly. John shows up, supposedly to ask Kristina more questions, and Sonny offers himself up instead. This is exactly what John wants, and he tells Sonny that Kristina's problems can all go away if Sonny makes a full confession about all of his old crimes. Sonny notes that if Ava recants her testimony, John's case against Kristina falls apart and he loses once again. John says that won't be an issue. Feeling helpless about how Sonny's facing legal trouble because of her, Kristina asks Jason to do something to help him and neutralize Ava. Jason advises her to be patient because one way or another, things will work out. Ava's protective custody at a hotel is starting to feel more like a kidnapping, what with all the freedoms she's being denied. John is pretty confident that the plan he has in motion will pay off and Sonny won't be a threat to her anymore. Ava grows suspicious of Boyle, the FBI agent keeping an eye on her, and a look through her bag turns up some things a normal FBI agent wouldn't have, like a burner phone and a wad of cash. After learning from Portia that a minor may be allowed to be an organ donor under special circumstances, Anna basically tells Brennan to cut the crap and reveal where Valentin is so she can get in touch with Charlotte. Brennan continues playing innocent about knowing anything, so Anna tries to guilt him, asking if he's okay with protecting the WSB at the expense of Lulu's life.

It would be funny if, after all of this, Lucky isn't a match. (Okay, maybe not ha-ha funny.)

LOL, Tracy is more scared of the possibility of taking care of Ace than Laura is of going into a dangerous location to save Lucky. Also, I bet she could move him in there without saying anything and it would take at least two days for anyone to realize there was an extra kid there.

Sonny needs to start recording every conversation he has with John.

"Everything is going to go according to plan." Just like all your other plans, John?

"Ava will be in no position to recant, ever." Uh...maybe I was wrong about John not wanting to kill Ava.

August 29th, 2024

Since Irene died while Kristina was allegedly committing a crime, John can now charge Kristina with manslaughter. He takes her to the police station and makes it clearer than clear that the charges will disappear if Sonny turns himself in. Alexis begs Sonny to sacrifice himself for his daughter, believing that Kristina won't mentally survive even one more day of legal problems. Kristina, however, is totally on to John and blasts him for trying to use her to bring down her father. She refuses to say anything that will incriminate her father and warns John that he's going to be punished for his misdeeds. Drew learns that McConkey died unexpectedly, leaving him without a mentor to help him through the election. He assumes that there will be a special election, which could send him to D.C. earlier than he thought. Willow has apparently gotten over her aversion to being within 30 feet of Drew at any time, as she volunteers to skip a big dinner at the Quartermaines' to hang out with him alone. (What could possibly go wrong?) Tracy's criticisms obviously got to Dante, who confides to Olivia how bad he feels about leaving Lulu years ago. Olivia gives him a pep talk, but it doesn't stick by the time Carly shows up, and Dante twists everything she says into judgment about decisions he's made in the past. He confronts her for paying Brook to try to break up him and Lulu, claiming that that was damaging to Brook. Violet really wants Brook and Chase to have a baby, like they've had any time to work on that in the past three months. Portia and Curtis are mostly filler, talking about Heather and Drew. With McConkey gone, they figure that Drew will have to step up his timetable for starting his political career, which means Curtis may need to take over Aurora.

Yes, Alexis, having her father sent to prison is exactly what Kristina needs right now.

"Her spirit is broken." I don't think Kate Mansi got that memo, because she's not playing it like that at all. In fact, I really enjoyed Kristina today, between calling John "Jagger" and coolly, calmly telling him that he's going down.

If John wants Kristina to rat Sonny out for assaulting Dex, which it seems he was angling for, he should probably be nicer to Dex, whose testimony would be pretty crucial for making assault charges stick.

I feel like at some point while giving a speech, Drew is going to pull a Michael Bluth and say, "I love you all, Willow."

Drew and Willow need a chaperone. Dex, are you busy?

I can't believe so much time is being spent talking about a character who hasn't been seen on-screen in almost four years.

Dante to Olivia: "I abandoned Lulu." Dante to Carly 15 minutes later: "I did not abandon Lulu." Dude, take a nap or something.

Oh, look, Olivia's still on the show. That's nice.

August 30th, 2024

Sonny goes to the Quartermaines' to have meaningful conversations with his children and make up with Michael before going to meet John. John's gleeful about getting to perp-walk Sonny past a bunch of people so they can see who he really is. Sonny's like, "Here's who I really am," and pulls out a gun. John realizes too late that he completely fumbled everything about this, but he doesn't have much time to reflect on that before Sonny shoots him. Lucky meets the as-yet-unnamed villain holding him, who knows he came to the compound to save Isaiah. Lucky pretends that he's willing to work for whoever pays the best and doesn't care about anyone other than himself. He talks the villain into playing poker to pass the time and manages to earn himself a stay of execution. It's good that Laura and Kevin are on their way to rescue him because Isaiah may have just been hit by Boyle's car, which is definitely going to throw a wrench in his plan to get backup. Alexis puts up a fight when John orders Dex to take Kristina to a holding cell, and even John's fruitless threats about getting her law license revoked again don't make her back down. Anna gets roped into the argument, and amazingly, her excuse that an approaching storm will mean limited resources when John plans to incarcerate both Kristina and Sonny makes John agree to let Kristina go home. She slips out the second she can and goes to Sonny's to take one of his guns. Willow and Drew behave themselves for most of the episode, talking about Alan and how proud Willow knows he would be of the son he never got to meet. Then they make out again. Boyle claims she's taking Ava to a new safehouse in Port Charles, but they change course and Ava realizes they're on the way to the Pine Barrens. Boyle confesses that John has dirt on her that he says will go away if she gets rid of Ava. Ava offers Boyle money to call off the hit, then tries to make her crash her car. Michael has meaningless conversations with Sasha and Nina, who totally know that Willow and Drew are together right now. Carly genuinely apologizes for the way she messed with Dante and Lulu, and Brook's like, "I forgot all about it until five minutes ago, so we're cool." Dante...I don't know. I still prescribe a nap. Maxie and Felicia hang out with Lulu and are filler until Dante tells them that Lulu is declining quickly.

Why are they acting like Sonny's going to die? (I'm aware that the last time I said that, the person I was talking about did get killed off. I'm willing to take the chance here.)

Not since Peter have I hoped so deeply that a character is dead. Get John off my TV. And if he's not dead, let's have a murder mystery where someone kills him in his hospital bed. If he went to meet Sonny without wearing a bulletproof vest, he deserves whatever happens to him.

Drew should be talking about Alan with pretty much anyone other than Willow.

New rule: For every episode where no one mentions that Ethan could be a match for Lulu, I get $20.
