Britt successfully convinces Spinelli and Felicia to hold off on letting James meet Nathan until they've talked to a child psychiatrist about the best way to have them meet. But James has already found his way to Nathan's room and bonded with him over soda. Obrecht is delighted to see them finally together, but Spinelli admits to being a little jealous, since he's basically been James' father for the past few years. Also, he thinks something about the situation is...off. Michael swears to Tracy that, while he went to Drew's house to confront him the night of the shooting, but he didn't go inside because he realized that Drew would welcome a confrontation. Tracy isn't sure whether he's telling the truth, which she figures makes him a true Quartermaine. He invites her to turn him in to the police if she thinks he's lying, but she wants to protect him instead. All she wants in exchange is to be allowed to keep living at the mansion if it turns out that Monica left it to him. Molly, on the other hand, has little trouble telling Anna that she thinks Michael set up her and Kristina to see him with Jacinda so it looks like his alibi is legit. Ric ambushes Alexis with the dagger that killed her mother and demands that she turn herself in to the police. She reminds him that he'll go down with her, Ava, and Kristina, so Ric tells her to call Elizabeth to come pick him up. Just as Alexis makes the call, Ava returns and throws hot water in Ric's face. Alexis quickly hangs up and texts Elizabeth that she called her accidentally. They get Ric back to the basement and realize that he hasn't been taking the sleeping pills. He's back in captivity for ten more days, and this time, he's handcuffed to his cot. Molly is concerned about Ric's radio silence, but Elizabeth brushes off her concerns. After Alexis' phone call, though, she's a little suspicious, since she thinks she heard Ric's voice in the background. Anna questions Carly about her conversation with Michael the night of the shooting. Carly pretends not to remember what they discussed, since the truth is that she told him that Willow went back to Drew, giving Michael a motive to go after Drew. Anna then starts asking questions about Carly's access to the Quartermaines' mansion. When Carly tells Sonny that Michael is a major suspect, Sonny points out that Anna's questions about her might mean she also has a target on her back. Sonny meets Ronnie and they quickly become friends, for no apparent reason. He connects with her over having an estranged family member and regretting stuff and blah, blah, blah, the whole thing is a waste of my time.

It would be fun if Spinelli was the only one suspicious of Nathan and everyone thought he just had complicated feelings about the situation because of James, but he turned out to be right.

Also, aww, Spinelli. Go have a drink with Cody. He'll understand.

First a ball gag, now handcuffs. What else does Ava have at her disposal?

How did Ric get the dagger? I thought the last time we saw it, Sidwell still had it.

Anna's logic about Carly makes sense, of course, except for one thing: Why would she take a gun from the Quartermaines'?

Molly should probably not get dragged into Drew's case, unless she wants Carly to slap her for looking into whether Michael's alibi is authentic.

Of all the people they could have had Ronnie talk to, Sonny makes the least sense.

October 6th, 2025

Ronnie shows up at the Quartermaines' for the reading of Monica's will, and Michael, Brook, Ned, and Olivia take a liking to her. Tracy, of course, is furious that she's there, but there's nothing she can do, since Alexis invited her. Tracy is further furious when the only thing she gets in the will is a jar of relish. And then, to add insult to injury, the house goes to Ronnie. Alexis warns Curtis that the police apparently found some new evidence and may be focusing on a specific suspect. Curtis tells Marshall that it might be him, though Marshall notes that Portia could be a person of interest, because of Drew's blackmail. Since that hasn't come out yet, Curtis wonders if the blackmail evidence is still in play. He decides to go talk to Drew, present an opportunity for further blackmail, and see if Drew takes the bait. Josslyn returns to town, and she and Brennan snow Carly about where she's been and what she's been up to. He hasn't done anything to ensure that Britt and Jason stay quiet, and though Josslyn thinks Jason will, she's not sure how long he can go without coming clean to Carly. When Britt shows up, Josslyn pretends to be shocked that she's alive, and Britt practically holds up a sign saying, "You owe me for the rest of your life because of all I've done for you." Carly bugs her about rent, leading Britt to more or less threaten to expose Josslyn's secrets. Drew thinks Isaiah dislikes him, and Isaiah fully admits it, because of what Drew did to Stella. Drew tells him not to listen to anything Curtis says about him because Curtis turned on him and became a totally different person after they were best friends. Isaiah somehow goes from there to deciding that he and Portia should try a relationship after all. Strangely, he's in for another secret one even though the last one didn't go so well. Portia doesn't want anything too serious right now, since she's still married, but she may have to rethink that, as well as her entire life right now, because she's feeling lightheaded, and we all know what that means for a soap character (especially one who's recently slept with two different men). Drew wants to sue Tracy for assault for kicking him out of the memorial, but Tracy laughs in Martin's face when he brings it up. Drew learns that Monica's will is being read, and Martin has to break it to him that he's not in it. Drew's hurt, but he also feels liberated, because now there's really nothing stopping him from going after the Quartermaines with everything he has. Jason questions why Britt was so against James and Nathan getting to meet. She makes up good enough reasons that he doesn't seem suspicious.

I'm sure no one's surprised that Ronnie gets the house, but it makes no sense. Who leaves their house to someone they haven't seen in 50 years?

I need all the characters to agree to only leave Tracy a jar of relish in their wills. Let's make this a tradition.

Brennan still hasn't talked to Britt or Jason? HE SUCKS AT HIS JOB.

If Isaiah thinks he has anything to say to Curtis, or that he should be talking to Curtis at all, he's dumber than I thought.

Britt couldn't even go three days being nice to Jason after Monica's death.

October 7th, 2025

Like me, Tracy finds it way too coincidental that Ronnie showed up just after Monica died and is the surprise heir of the mansion. Ronnie produces the letters Monica wrote her, and Tracy sends Brook to get her letters to Monica, though she notes that they could have been forged. She also finds it strange that Monica added Ronnie to her will just as she wrote Drew out of it. Anna and Chase finally get a search warrant for the Quartermaines' mansion, so they crash the end of the will reading to look for Edward's guns. Ronnie stalls by reading over the warrant, and though Tracy complains, it turns out to work out in her favor: Turner was distracted by Sonny when she gave the address for the warrant, and no one bothered to review it, and Ronnie point out that the house number is wrong, which means the cops are out of luck. Isaiah thinks that Curtis takes advantage of his marriage to a co-chief of staff to do stuff at the hospital that no one will tell him not to (like try to go see Drew). Curtis has no patience for him, especially when Isaiah says that he causes problems for Portia. Isaiah quickly realizes that he was wrong to say anything, and Portia tells him to try to avoid all conversations with Curtis from now on. It's kind of amazing that she can focus on that right now, since a health-related question from Elizabeth gives her a lightbulb moment, and she's awaiting the results of a pregnancy test. It's a soap, so of course, it's positive. Josslyn has to shut Britt up by defending her and reminding Carly that Britt saved her life. After Britt leaves, Carly complains that she's using Jason and he's too nice to do anything about it. Josslyn almost gets Carly entirely off the topic by suggesting that she's jealous of Jason and Britt's...whatever that is. Carly says she isn't, since her and Jason's friendship is so unique, but she admits to being hurt that he went to Croatia to get Britt without saying anything to her. She thinks something happened there that Jason is keeping from her, but she's sure he'll fill her in sooner or later. Josslyn later confronts Britt, who says she'll keep quiet about Josslyn being in the WSB if Josslyn gets her a suite at the Metro Court. Emma laments to Anna that she thinks she ruined her friendship with Gio by kissing him. They haven't talked since then, and she figures it's because he doesn't want to admit that he doesn't like her that way. Gio has basically the same conversation with Sonny, deciding that he should move out of Anna and Emma's before things get any more awkward. As soon as she's done at the mansion, Alexis warns Carly and Sonny that the police are focusing on the Quartermaines, and possibly Michael specifically. If they have anything that will exonerate him, they should reveal it ASAP.

Today we learned the importance of copy editors and proofreaders like me. We also learned that Chase might not know his own address. (His face was priceless.)

No way would Anna let Ned leave the room while Ronnie was reading the warrant. He could have gone to hide the guns.

Speaking of Ronnie, has anyone verified her identity?

I bet every time Alexis leaves the Quartermaines', she thinks about how close she came to marrying into the family and having to put up with their craziness all the time.

I can't imagine getting pregnant when I have a kid in college. I also can't imagine Brook Kerr, who's 52, thinking she would have a pregnancy storyline ever again, let alone one involving a paternity mystery with one of the same guys she already had one with.

When did Elizabeth get elected the supreme overseer of all things at the hospital? Don't worry about where Britt is. Don't insert yourself in the Isaiah/Curtis/Portia mess. Keep your head down and do your job.

October 8th, 2025

Ronnie's discovery sends the police out of the mansion for the time being and gives her a chance to learn about the whole Drew situation. Tracy still objects to her getting the house, but Jason and Michael both support Monica's decision, and Michael says he won't contest the will. Both of them leave before the police return with a valid search warrant, only to discover that the gun they're looking for isn't there. Curtis shares his theory with Portia that Drew no longer has the evidence to blackmail her, and a few questions should help them prove it. Things go exactly as he'd hoped, and the two are pretty confident that they're no longer under Drew's thumb. That means they can proceed with their divorce, since there's no reason for them to stay married, at least as far as Curtis knows. Drew suspects that the evidence against Portia is gone, and a review of the list of items the police took from the safe confirms that it wasn't there. He remembers seeing it right before the shooting, so Martin guesses that the shooter took the evidence. Since Drew thinks that Portia and Curtis were the only ones who knew about it, he figures one of them shot him, but he'll keep that to himself if it means pinning the crime on Michael. Josslyn refuses to give in to Britt's blackmail, sure that Britt has more to lose than she does, thanks to whatever role she played at the Five Poppies. Brennan steps in, and Britt claims that she was merely a guest at the Five Poppies and wasn't involved in whatever was going on there. He warns that if she exposes any of his agents, she'll serve time in the same facility where both her parents have done time. Britt has the good sense to take him seriously. Drew asks Willow to move back in with him, but she's worried that that will hurt her custody case. She gets word that a new judge has finally been assigned to the case, but they won't be reviewing it for three more months, which means Willow can't see her kids until 2026. Britt offers her help, since she and Willow are family, which means she does still have the ability to be nice to people, she just chooses not to use it. Carly is worried that the police will question Elizabeth about her death threat against Drew, but Elizabeth assures her that she hasn't been on their radar. If they do talk to her about it, she plans to tell them that Drew provoked Carly and the threat wasn't serious. Carly isn't as happy as Elizabeth thinks she should be about not being a suspect, since it doesn't put Michael in the clear. Emma tells Trina about her Gio woes, resigned to having Gio move out and accepting that their friendship has been ruined. Fortunately, Trina tells her to talk to Gio again, and this time, he and Emma both admit that they have feelings for each other, so yay, Trina fixed everything! Kai gets a little too honest with Gio about how he feels about Drew, then worries that it'll come back to bite him. He'd love to quit his job, but Trina urges him to keep it until the shooter is found and they don't have to worry about Kai's fingerprints on the softball bat anymore. Josslyn tearfully tells Carly that Vaughn has been lying to her all this time and is secretly a WSB agent.

"Where would I stay?" In the house? The house you just inherited? The house you're currently standing in? Come on, Ronnie.

Tracy, you have to at least try to be nice to the woman who could force you to move out of your house within the hour.

Chase shouldn't be anywhere near the Drew investigation. He's already acting out of character, what with saying that the error with the address wasn't a big deal. Tell that to a judge when a defense attorney tries to use it to get the case thrown out.

Well, well, well. Look who's finally doing his job. Thanks for leaving Carly's side for five minutes, Brennan.

It took Trina less than ten seconds to solve the Gio/Emma problem. Everyone say thank you, Trina!

October 9th, 2025

Michael offers Willow a weekly hour of supervised visitation with the kids ahead of the delayed hearing. She accuses him of not trusting her, and she's concerned that the family therapist who will be supervising may just side with Michael in court by default, but in the end, she can't say no. Carly is mad at Vaughn for allegedly lying to Josslyn all this time, which grows to fury when she realizes that Brennan has also been lying all along. Brennan swears that he was keeping an eye on Josslyn while she was with Vaughn, so his job never put her in any danger. Carly's hurt that Brennan kept such a big secret from her, but he reminds her that they just agreed that his work and personal lives are completely separate and he can't tell her everything. She's going to let it go this time, but it's pretty clear that when she inevitably finds out about Josslyn, she's going to lose it. Josslyn warns Vaughn that Carly knows he's WSB, a secret she spilled to distract Carly while Brennan dealt with Jason. Vaughn is proud of her strategic thinking, and definitely not sorry that it gave them an excuse to spend a little bit of time together. Britt tries to have a private conversation with Nathan about his plans, but Spinelli interrupts to talk about James. Britt chases him off, so he questions her about where she's been the past few years and shares his suspicion that her and Nathan's returns are connected. He then sneaks in to see Nathan, who's totally on the same page about keeping James' needs and emotions in mind above everything else. Britt summons Jason to talk to Spinelli about minding his own business, then turns on him when he says he wants to protect her but would like more information about why she needs protection. She complains that he doesn't put her first and basically says she's done with him, so I guess that means he can ignore her the next time she calls asking for help with something after telling him she doesn't want his help. Anna and Dante go over the Drew investigation, focusing on people who had access to the gun used in the shooting. Anna still thinks Carly and Michael are the most likely suspects, and though Dante admits that Michael's alibi is sketchy, he doesn't think his brother is their shooter. He mentions that Willow has access to the mansion (and is suspected to have been the one messing with Daisy), which takes Anna in a different direction. She may be the new #1 person of interest, because security footage from Nina's apartment building shows her there alone at the time of the shooting, which means Willow no longer has an alibi. Brennan warns Jason that if he tells Carly that Josslyn is in the WSB, he'll pursue charges against Britt for her role at the Five Poppies. Jason can't really argue with that, even if it means continuing to keep a major secret from his best friend.

"Honestly, Willow, I thought you'd be a little more grateful." Ew. Who is Michael, J.D. Vance?

Apparently Brennan is Cates now. And we all know how things turned out for him.

I don't think it's fully sunk in for Spinelli that Nathan's return means he's now in a love triangle.

Britt can't deal with Jason because he doesn't put her first? Why should he put her first when all she does is yell at him and insult him? Also, he's never going to put her first when he has two children!

Dante should be involved in the Drew investigation even less than Chase should.

October 10th, 2025

Ronnie gives Tracy a chance at a fresh start, but Tracy is so blinded by her theory that Ronnie is conning everyone that she won't take it. She's had Lulu dig into Ronnie's life and past, but unfortunately for Tracy, there's nothing damning about her. Lulu suspects that Tracy's real problem is with Monica for not leaving the house to Michael. Tracy insists that Ronnie's connection with Monica wasn't as she says it was, which means her inheritance isn't valid. Portia is seven weeks pregnant, which is smack dab in the time period where she had sex with both Curtis and Isaiah. She confides to Elizabeth that she's not sure what she and Curtis will decide to do, and that's just if he turns out to be the father. Turner tries to deflect her mistake with the search warrant, but I don't think Anna is going to let it go any time soon. She updates Turner on the investigation, which has led her to get another search warrant. This one is for Elizabeth's house, where Anna finds Edward's gun. Willow happily tells Drew that she's going to get to see the kids, but since he's not the one who got to play hero, he tries to convince her that Michael can't be trusted. Sonny bugs Lulu about an article she wrote that he thinks paints Michael as Drew's shooter, but which she thinks was unbiased and only told the facts. Sonny then tricks Turner into meeting with him so he can urge her to recuse herself in case the investigation focuses on Michael. If she won't, he might have to reveal that she came to his house for dinner and overheard Drew blackmailing him. Sonny puts a spin on it to make it seem like he's protecting Turner from admitting that she's compromised, but come on, it's obviously more for Michael's sake. Drew leans on Jordan to point Anna toward Michael as his shooter. If she doesn't, he'll point them toward Curtis. Jordan is as disgusted with him as ever and goes straight to Curtis to fill him in. Curtis has no objection to Drew coming for him, since he has nothing to hide and knows that Drew no longer has anything to hold over his or Portia's heads. Michael tells Ronnie about the Drew situation and how it's affected his and Willow's custody issues. He wants the kids to be able to see their mother, but he's worried that he hasn't done all he could to protect them. Lucas and Isaiah are filler, but it's nice that Lucas got some screentime, isn't it?

Please, Tracy. Michael wasn't "disinherited." He got a bunch of stuff, just not the house.

Elizabeth has never been more relatable than when she made that "I CANNOT FREAKING BELIEVE THIS" face just as she was about to get some good dirt from Portia and they were interrupted.

Since we've seen Michael and Carly go to Elizabeth's house (and both seemingly had time alone to do whatever they wanted there), the implication is that one of them hid the gun there to frame Willow? Which means one of them was the shooter? Eh, I'm not convinced.

Right on the heels of Michael acting like the vice president, we have Sonny acting like the president. Reporting facts that happened not to be favorable toward Michael isn't the same as going after him. Leave Lulu alone.

Drew's getting reckless. What's stopping Jordan from telling Anna that he's trying to railroad Curtis?

October 13th, 2025

Drew tries his best to convince Willow that supervised visitation is a bad idea, but she can't be talked out of it. Sonny asks Michael straight out if he shot Drew, then, not satisfied when he denies it, asks him again. Michael swears he didn't, but he definitely implies that he's not above planting evidence to make it look like Willow did. Sonny then asks Dante if the police are focusing on Michael. Dante reminds him that Michael is an adult and has to deal with the consequences of his actions. But while the police have some pending warrants, none of them have Michael's name on them. Dante does warn that the police are looking at someone Sonny won't want them to, which Sonny thinks is Carly. He rushes to help her flee the country, then thinks he's too late when Chase shows up at Bobbie's. But Chase isn't there for Carly – he's there to arrest Nina for conspiracy to commit murder. At the same time, Anna and Dante arrest Willow for attempted murder during her visitation with the kids. Trina and Kai go over everything they remember from the night of Drew's shooting to see if they missed anything that might come back to bite them. They decide that, since Kai's fingerprints on the softball bat can be explained away, the police shouldn't be able to place them at the house that night. They're both glad they didn't see the shooter, and they plan to never tell anyone they were there. Nathan is eager to go back to work so he can support James. Anna says she'll do what she can, but she's not sure it'll be that easy for him to step right back into his old job after so many years away, especially when they don't know what he was doing during those years, or who he was associating with. Curtis tells Portia that he thinks they should hold off on their divorce because as long as they're married, they can't be compelled to testify against each other. They discuss Drew's intent to point the finger at Curtis if Michael is a dead end, but since Curtis isn't worried about being named a suspect, he won't need any protection from Portia. She feels the same about him, so they decide to tell Trina that they're splitting up. Chase worries that he inspired Willow to shoot Drew by telling her that Drew might have killed Heron. He has to scramble a little to reassure Brook that he doesn't still have feelings for his ex, but Brook appreciates that he has compassion for her. Nina seems to think that Michael is to blame for what happened between Willow and Drew, because [logic not found]. Carly's like, "Woman who slept with her daughter's boyfriend says what?"

Arresting Willow IN FRONT OF HER CHILDREN? Anna wouldn't do that, and Dante would never go along with it.

So the person Dante said Sonny might not be happy about having their name on a warrant was...Nina?

I hope to never be in a position where my father has to ask me if I shot someone, let alone where he follows that up with, "No, really, did you?"

Having Kai and Trina go over the events of the night of the shooting was a creative way to recap everything for the audience.

If Brook can say she loves Chase while he's wearing his ridiculous running gear, she must mean it.

October 14th, 2025

Nina is more concerned about Willow's arrest than her own, so when Ava sends over Marco to represent her, she tries to get him to defend Willow instead. Drew takes care of Willow's representation on his own, enlisting Martin, since he's positive that Willow didn't shoot him. Nina asks Marco to find a way to make it look like the security footage from her building is fake, but he advises her to tell the truth to help Willow. Chase is also worried about Willow, and Dante warns him not to get too involved. Turner, however, gives him the opportunity to talk to his ex because she thinks Willow might confess to him. She just hopes that Chase will tell Dante if Willow does come clean. But Willow thinks that she's being set up, and she tells Chase that she suspects Michael is responsible. While Kristina babysits Ric, who's dreaming about Elizabeth (and Outback) finding him, Alexis and Ava wait for the money transfer to go through so they can be done with their month of being captors. They agree that this mess has helped them see that grudges and seeking vengeance don't help anyone, and they all need to move on. When Kristina joins them, Ava extends an olive branch, and she and Kristina decide they're ready to put everything behind them. Molly asks Cody for help with some book stuff, which leads to him buying her a lariat and taking it to Alexis' house with a ribbon on it. Outback acts weird around the cellar doors, making Cody suspicious. Drew summons Sidwell and accuses him of bribing Heron. At first he thinks Sonny planted the fake receipt showing that Drew was behind the bribe, but then he realizes that it was Sidwell. Sidwell reveals that he has manufactured evidence tying Drew to a number of crimes, so from now on, Drew is basically working for Sidwell. Sonny asks Michael if he knew that Willow was going to be arrested before it happened. Michael claims he didn't, and he wouldn't have wanted her time with the kids to be interrupted. Diane questions Carly and Michael about recent visits to Elizabeth's house, and both admit that they dropped by and had the opportunity to plant the gun. Diane warns that once that comes out, they'll be back in the hot seat. Molly and Elizabeth are starting to get really worried about how long Ric has been away, and Molly decides it's time to use her contacts to find him.

How can Marco represent Nina when he's already represented Michael on this case?

Imagine Willow in prison. It would bring new meaning to the word "pathetic."

No, Dante, you did not have to arrest Willow in front of her kids. You could have taken her out of the room. Come on.

Why is Ric dreaming about Outback? Or...wait...is he psychic?

I absolutely love Sidwell exerting power over Drew. It's fantastic.

"If you want me to answer that, you're gonna have to marry me." Not funny, Carly.

October 15th, 2025

Cody frees Ric, who wants to confront his captors before they go to the police. Alexis, Kristina, and Ava try to convince Cody that they had a good reason to hold Ric captive, and he argues that Alexis stole money from a child and Kristina tried to kill him. The women ask Cody to do nothing for the next hour, until the money transfer goes through, and Ava even offers him money. Ric makes a counteroffer and urges Cody to do the right thing. Cody decides that everyone there is crazy and he wants nothing to do with any of them. Molly asks Dante to track Ric's phone so she can start searching digital-detox facilities for him. The results place his phone in the state and show that it's been used in the past day. Molly quickly figures out that it's at Alexis' house, and she shows up there just as Cody is leaving. Charlotte's visit with Valentin finally takes place, though not until after Lulu has warned Valentin not to make her feel bad for going back to her normal life and moving on without him. He admits that he let himself get captured so Charlotte would have to go home with Lulu. While waiting for the visit, Charlotte tells Brennan that he should be in prison, too, which is awesome. Nothing really significant happens during her and Valentin's reunion, except for when he warns her (and Rocco) not to trust Britt. Tracy asks Marco for help getting the house away from Ronnie, but he warns that probate court moves slowly, so even if she has a case against Ronnie, it'll be years before this is all settled. He advises her to find something to use against her and get others to back up her accusations. Gio meets Ronnie and they bond a little over being new to the Quartermaines' madness. She tells him that she regrets her 50-year silence with Monica and how she never got the chance to make peace with her sister. Brook has come up with a plan to host a get-together to introduce Ronnie to people in town so she'll feel welcome and will be less likely to kick everyone out of the house and/or sell it. Ronnie declines the offer, but Brook lays it on really thick about Monica's legacy, and Ronnie comes around. Britt hasn't been able to get in touch with Brad, and she blames Lucas for running him out of town without even knowing why Brad left. Lucas more or less ignores her to warn Vaughn never to hurt Josslyn. Vaughn wants to question Britt, because someone at the WSB is finally going to do their job, but she has no incentive or desire to give him any information. She taunts him after his run-in with Lucas, but Vaughn points out that she has no friends and no one to turn to, and if she doesn't start cooperating with the WSB, she's going become even more down on her luck.

All Ric needed to say to Cody was, "If you let these women continue to hold me captive, Molly will never forgive you."

I giggled so much at Cody not wanting to do anything to Ric because he thought he was interrupting some sort of sex thing between him and Alexis.

Anyone else Charlotte shouldn't trust, Valentin? Anyone else?

Uh, where did Ronnie get a $50 bill?

Working at Kelly's is the perfect job for Gio.

Gee, Britt, I don't know why Lucas hasn't wanted to talk to you. You're so delightful.

Vaughn could have won Britt over by offering to track down Brad for her.

October 16th, 2025

Ric is on the verge of telling an extremely relieved Molly where he's been for the past month, but he can't bring himself to reveal what her mother and sister did. Instead, he makes up a story about an extended ayahuasca trip that ended with Cody and Outback finding him wandering in the woods. He gives up his chance to keep the money, but he keeps Molly's life from imploding, and he makes Cody look like a hero. Kristina's pretty sure that Cody will be so happy to win Molly over that he'll keep everything quiet. Ava and Kristina are ecstatic about Ric's silence, the success of the money transfer, and the destruction of Ric's car, but Alexis warns that Ric will get revenge. Carly tells Jason that Vaughn is a WSB agent and Brennan didn't tell her. Frustrated that only one of Brennan's lies has been revealed, and that Josslyn was the one to reveal it rather than Brennan himself, Jason spills that Josslyn is also in the WSB. Carly's immediate thought is to get Josslyn out of it, but Jason convinces her that doing so could put Josslyn in danger. Carly isn't happy that Jason kept this a secret, but most of her anger is aimed at Brennan. Nathan invites Britt to have dinner with him and Obrecht, an idea Obrecht supports if it makes her son happy. Britt declines, then changes her mind when she learns that Rocco is joining them. Britt admits to Rocco that she's not sure Obrecht will ever forgive her for the way she left town, and she accepts that she deserves her mother's animosity. Rocco tells her that he's seen how much Obrecht loves her, so she shouldn't lose hope. Talk turns to Faison, as Rocco is curious about whether all the bad things said about him fall in the same camp as the bad things said about Britt and Obrecht. Britt tells him that Faison was evil and Rocco should never believe otherwise. Valentin tries to put another condition on his arrangement with Brennan, requesting communication with Anna. Brennan shuts him down, but it doesn't sound like Valentin has much information anyway – he claims not to know who's continuing Faison's research. All he knows is that they're going to keep going until they reach endgame (whatever that may be; he hasn't said anything about that, either). Molly is bold enough to finally tell Cody that she has feelings for him – or, more specifically, demonstrate with a kiss – but Elizabeth interrupts. Felicia frets to Elizabeth that Nathan will want James to live with him, which will disrupt James' life even more than it already has been. Elizabeth doesn't see the issue. Charlotte is still hesitant to open up about how she feels about her father being in prison, and she worries that Lulu won't allow her to see him again. Lulu promises that they'll work things through together. Ric admits to Elizabeth that his pro bono representation of Willow hasn't actually been pro bono. It's good timing, since she can't really be mad at him after his alleged adventure, and she suggests that the experience has made him a better person. Dante and Anna agree that Britt and Nathan's returns point to Faison somehow, though they're not sure how.

I'm excited to see what kind of revenge Ric cooks up for his captors.

I appreciate that no one has suggested that Peter might also be alive. Let's keep that up.

So what I'm getting is that Valentin's return served absolutely no purpose. Great.

I'd be more convinced that Josslyn's cover being blown would put her in danger if Dalton had any kind of presence on this show.

Felicia: "I'm worried that Nathan will take James away." Elizabeth: "You should talk to him about that." Felicia: "Yeah, I guess I should." Whew, crisis averted.

Willow doesn't seem to get what an arraignment is, and she wants Martin to help her find proof that Michael set her up. Martin – who can't actually be her lawyer, since he's Drew's – reminds her that at this stage, she just needs to plead not guilty and hope for bail. Drew gets involved, ignoring Chase's reminder that he's the victim here and acting like he can do whatever he wants because, to him, being a member of Congress is the equivalent of being God. Willow thinks Michael arranged for her to be arrested in front of the kids, and she's determined to keep them away from him, since he's dangerous. She's ready for Drew to pull the trigger (so to speak) on his plan to tell the police that Michael shot him. Nathan asks Dante for his opinion on Nina's arrest and how far she would go to help Willow. He then works with Marco to try to convince Nina to accept Turner's offer of probation and a fine if she'll recant her statement giving Willow an alibi. Nina objects to leaving her daughter dangling, even though her alibi is easily dismissable and continuing to insist that it's the truth isn't going to help Willow at all. Chase is convinced that Willow is innocent and that Michael set her up, so he's frustrated with Dante for not acknowledging that Michael could have shot Drew. Dante warns that he's sounding more like a defense attorney than a cop, and his biases are going to cause problems. But their disagreement gets him thinking, and he asks Michael straight out if he set Willow up. Carly expresses concern to Josslyn that there's been distance between them since Dex died. Josslyn regrets the timing of her trip to "Easter Island," since it makes it seem like she ran away, but she says it was the best thing she could have done, because now she feels like she has a purpose in life. Carly can pretty much confirm that that trip was actually for her WSB training, but she doesn't let on that she knows anything. Michael confides to Brook that, though the kids were hurt seeing Willow get arrested, he can't be upset about the timing because it worked to his advantage. Though the supervised visitation was a way for the kids to see their mother, he also wanted to use it to make Willow look bad. No matter how things turn out for her, she won't be alone with their kids again, so he's pleased. Brook looks appropriately disturbed. Britt asks Jason to co-sign a loan so she can get a car, because her life sucks and she has no one else to do it. Jason is a doormat and apparently forgot about how horrible she's been to him and how she keeps rejecting his offers of help. Anna bugs Brennan for information on his conversation with Valentin, accusing him of using Charlotte as leverage. Instead of admitting that Valentin didn't actually provide any information, Brennan just shuts her out for classification purposes and advises her to get some help with her Faison obsession. Britt makes a snide remark (does she make any other kind of remark?) to Josslyn about her secret job, and Josslyn warns that if Britt doesn't shut up, Josslyn will use her newfound skills and connections to make her regret it.

Chase, dude, listen to yourself. You can't just insist to your best friend that his brother shot someone and framed someone else for it.

I feel so bad for Marco. Nina is exhausting.

If Carly were a normal person, she would just tell Josslyn that she knows she's in the WSB and will keep quiet. She's just making Josslyn feel guiltier for keeping such a big secret from her. And there's nothing stopping Jason from telling Josslyn that Carly knows.

"I'm done doing this." Sounds like Josslyn is as over Britt as I am. I hope she gets the opportunity to destroy Britt just like she threatened.

Not to be all "THE AUDACITY" but...THE AUDACITY!!! of Britt asking Jason to co-sign a loan – for a Mercedes! – after being such a jerk to him. THE AUDACITY!!!!!

"Do you wanna come to my tea party?" is so weird to hear from a grown woman.

October 20th, 2025

Before Willow and Nina's joint arraignment begins, Marco arranges with Molly to have their cases separated. Willow goes first, pleading not guilty, and Molly convinces the judge not to grant her bail. The judge agrees, so Willow will be at Pentonville for the near future. When it's Nina's turn, Molly reveals that the charges against her have been changed, and she's now only being accused of making a false statement to the police. Nina pleads guilty and receives probation and a fine in exchange for recanting her fake alibi. To Willow's horror and Drew's fury, Nina states for the record that she was home alone the night of the shooting. This leaves Willow with only Drew in her corner, and attorney-less since Martin abandons her after the arraignment. Part of Martin's reason for leaving so quickly is his desire to watch Tracy squirm during Brook's tea party. The rest of it goes pretty well until Ronnie gets drunk and tells Tracy that she's uptight and needs to get laid. Instead of telling Brennan that she knows about the Josslyn/WSB secret, Carly pretends she's still mad about the Vaughn/WSB secret so she can yell at him for putting Josslyn in danger. He swears that he hated keeping things from her and cares about her and claims that Josslyn was never actually at risk. Carly implies that she'll stay with him if he tells her the next time there's something she needs to know about her kids' safety. Brennan doesn't take the bait to say anything about Josslyn, so after Carly has said she'll continue the relationship, she calls Spinelli and asks him to create a fake identity for her. As much as Dante doesn't want to believe his brother could have shot someone and framed someone else for it, he's seen that Michael's changed since the fire and knows it's something he would do if he felt it would protect his kids. He urges Michael to go to the police if he's the real shooter, but Michael notes that the last time he took Dante's advice about that, he ended up in prison. Lulu and Lucy overhear him telling Dante that if he'd shot Drew, he would have finished the job. Jordan puts together that Portia's pregnant.

Sorry, I can't feel sorry for Willow for being horrible to Nina, then whining that Nina didn't come through for her.

Elizabeth's facial expressions during Tracy and Ronnie's fight were perfect.

I'm veeeeeeeeery interested to see what Carly does next. I definitely didn't expect her to call Spinelli.

Michael's upset with Dante for interrogating him while there are people in the house (when aren't there?), but not with him and Anna for arresting Willow in front of the kids. Sigh.

The thing about Michael and Dante's fight is that they're both right. Dante's right that Michael used to be more compassionate and that he's totally capable of shooting Drew (and is the more likely suspect compared to Willow), and Michael's right that listening to Dante hasn't turned out well for him in the past, so he has no incentive to turn himself in if he's the real shooter.

Jordan, don't take this the wrong way, but you have to mind your own business when it comes to Portia.

October 21st, 2025

Ronnie accuses Tracy of spiking her drink and tears into her for how horrible she's been since the moment they met. Tracy looks mostly amused the whole time, up until Ronnie throws her out of the house. Tracy repeats her theory that something crooked is going on and vows to find her way back into her home sooner or later. Portia shoots down Jordan's assumption that she's pregnant and tells her to mind her own business. Jordan goes straight to Anna to gossip and wonder if Portia and Curtis will stay together for the baby. Jordan also wonders if she should tell Curtis about the baby if Portia isn't going to do it. Trina echoes everyone in the audience by asking Jordan to stay away from Curtis, though her reason for that is thinking that without Jordan causing problems, Portia and Curtis might work things out. It doesn't look like Portia is anywhere near wanting that, though, since she's making weekend plans with Isaiah. Drew offers to drop the restraining order against Alexis if she'll represent Willow. Alexis not only refuses, she threatens to turn Drew in for extortion. Then she attempts to negotiate, agreeing to defend Willow if Drew drops all the restraining orders. Drew draws the line at letting Danny near Scout, mostly because of how much he hates Danny's father. He plays the "what would Sam think of you for not taking this opportunity to see Scout?" card, as if Alexis is the one Sam would be mad at in this situation. Though she's furious and frustrated, Alexis ultimately takes the first offer, getting the green light to see Scout after she meets with Willow. Lulu tells Lucas that she heard Michael telling Dante that he would have finished off Drew and that if he'd framed Willow, he would have made sure she's kept from their kids forever. Lucas thinks Willow is the more likely suspect, since she's made the kids her entire focus and is desperate enough to become violent if it means getting them back. Lulu can't shake the thought that Michael is more like Sonny than anyone thinks, and that he's capable of anything if he's convinced himself that it's what's best for the kids. Lucas points out that Willow has become the same way. Curtis asks Kai to help Trina through his impending divorce from Portia. They discuss Drew, and how Kai regrets ever falling for his charms, and Kai wonders if he should keep working for someone he doesn't like or trust. Curtis thinks it's okay if it'll get him ahead in life, but he warns Kai not to let Drew drag him into anything illegal. Having been shut out of anything Faison-related by Brennan, Anna goes behind his back to ask Josslyn if anyone mentioned Faison at the Five Poppies. Josslyn knows better than to tell her anything, but Anna warns that she could be in danger without knowing it, so she should consider accepting Anna's help.

Of course Tracy is the main suspect for spiking Ronnie's drink, but I think it could have been Martin (though he probably would have stuck around to see what happened).

Tracy's pretty judgmental about alcoholism considering who she was married to.

"You can't throw me out." TRACY. WHAT PART OF "THE HOUSE IS RONNIE'S" DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?

"What the hell is wrong with you? I mean, really?" Right?? Alexis summed up this entire Drew arc in just ten words.

Jordan, gossip isn't a good color on you.

October 22nd, 2025

Carly puts her Spinelli-provided fake identity to use by posing as a lawyer so she can visit Valentin and enlist him to help her take down Brennan. She tells him that Brennan recruited Josslyn, and based on the timing, Valentin puts together that he likely aimed her toward Cyrus and then held his murder over her head. He advises Carly to pretend everything in their relationship is great because he'll be totally blindsided when she moves against him. Anna threatens to bill Britt for all of the PCPD's expenditures for the investigation into her "murder," but she'll let it all go if Britt will answer her questions about the Five Poppies. Britt won't tell her anything about what she was doing there, and the only name she'll give is Pascal's. Anna asks straight out if Faison is alive, which sends Britt on a rant about how he's always overshadowed her life. In the end, Anna has gotten nowhere and now Britt is unlikely to ever tell her anything. Brennan offers Nathan immunity for anything he may have been involved in with Faison's project if he'll share everything he knows. Nathan takes offense, and Josslyn backs up his assertion that he would never work with his father. Still, Brennan is as sure as Anna is that Faison is mixed up in all of this somehow. Tracy makes herself at home at Lulu's house, admitting that she got herself kicked out of the mansion. She claims that she didn't do anything to Ronnie's drink, and she continues insisting that Monica never would have left Ronnie the house, which means her will must have been forged. Josslyn tries again to convince Emma to stay away from Dalton, but Emma thinks she's just angling to get her job back. With Anna distracted by everything else going on in town, Emma wants to continue her plan to bring down Dalton. Gio is more than willing to help. Lois is back in town and wants Sonny to help her talk to Gio so she can take all the blame for the lifelong lies and hopefully ease things between him and Brook. Sonny thinks she should stay out of it, but Lois doesn't listen, so he asks Gio to come over and see her. Brook and Ronnie recap the tea party for Gio, which is mostly just a reason for Brook and Gio to have scenes together. Ronnie tells Brook that she gave him an open invitation to move back to the mansion if he ever wants to. Brook admits that she's working on a plan, and the delighted look on her face when she sees Gio and Emma kissing lets Ronnie know that the plan involves Emma. Charlotte passes along Valentin's warning to Rocco that he shouldn't trust Britt.

Of all the crazy things Carly has done over the past 30 years, this is certainly the latest.

I never would have expected Valentin to be the first person to figure out that Josslyn killed Cyrus. And it only took eight months!

If Nathan wants everyone to believe he doesn't remember anything from the past few years, he's going to need to pretend to be curious about it.

I'm surprised Tracy slept on the couch instead of kicking someone out of their bed. (I bet Rocco would have given his up without much of a fight.)

Yeah, Lois, you should definitely meddle in Gio's life again. That's a great idea.

October 23rd, 2025

Chase bugs Michael again about Willow, so Michael tells him that Willow was the one messing with Daisy. Chase doesn't believe him, and he outright accuses Michael of shooting Drew. He then goes to Pentonville to tell Willow that he's going to investigate on his own and try to prove her innocence. Kristina gets protective of Michael in the form of telling Jacinda that she thinks things between them are moving too fast. Jacinda says there's nothing to worry about because they're not serious. They run into Drew, who threatens to send the police after Jacinda for drugging him, but Jacinda points out that he paid her $50,000 to stay in Australia – possibly using taxpayer money – so he actually has more to lose here. Kristina backs her up, making Drew out to be a whiner who won't take responsibility for his own mistakes. Jacinda's boldness with Drew is a good cover, but she later tells Michael that she's worried enough about the police turning their attention on her that she wants to leave town. Michael reminds her that they're each other's alibis, so running away could make her look guilty. He has an alternate plan: He'll pay her to fall in love with him, making it look like their shared alibi isn't just a convenience. Lois understands that Gio needs time to figure out his life and how his biological parents fit into it, but she'd obviously like him to speed up that process. She also really wants him to go back to music, knowing how sad Camilla would be that he's dropped something that was so important to him. Gio gets now that Lois' actions in the past were ones she thought were for the best, but he's still not sure what kind of relationship, if any, he wants with Brook and Dante. Lois is inspired by the conversation to reach out to Brook, who actually agrees to meet with her. Cody meets Ronnie and manages to charm her while simultaneously talking up Tracy. Unfortunately, in the process he mentions that Drew accused Tracy of giving him ketamine, which means Ronnie now thinks that Tracy has drugged two people. Alexis is upfront with Willow about the reason she's representing her, but Willow isn't bothered by it. What she is bothered by is the news that if Drew claims he remembered that Michael shot him, it would probably backfire because people would question the timing and convenience of a memory that exonerates his fiancée. Brook urges Tracy to make peace with Ronnie, thinking that Ronnie might be reasonable enough to drop their rivalry. Tracy refuses to apologize for drugging Ronnie, since she didn't actually do it, and she remains committed to proving that Ronnie is a fraud. Martin tells Drew about Ronnie, and of course Drew makes it about himself, complaining that Monica cut him out of her life just like she did her sister. Later, he goes to meet Ronnie.

Chase, no! Bad Chase!

I think I might love Jacinda.

Martin was almost as entertained by Kristina standing up to Drew as I was.

"I'm gonna pay you to fall in love with me." Somewhere between Switzerland and New York, Carly just started screaming and doesn't know why.

Is there anything Drew can't make about himself? Probably not.

October 24th, 2025

Drew buddies up to Ronnie right away, bonding with her over being estranged from Monica and an outsider to the Quartermaines. Once Ronnie is charmed, he makes the pitch that's obviously the main reason he came over: He wants to buy the mansion. Alexis and Kristina get to spend a little time with Scout, under the watchful eye of her nanny. Danny and Rocco happen to come into Bobbie's while they're there, and as much as she doesn't want to, Alexis has to get them to leave. Drew is still at the Quartermaines' when the boys get home, and Danny immediately tears into him for keeping their sister from them. Ronnie is surprised to hear the truth about the guy she just came to like. Drew has heard from the nanny and thinks that Danny and Rocco being at Bobbie's while Scout was there is unacceptable – so much so that he threatens to have them arrested. Unfortunately for him, Laura has just arrived, which means Danny and Rocco are about to get a lesson in how to dress someone down. Lois tells Brook that she's been offered the chance to manage a tour Blaze is about to start. She wants Brook's blessing, since Blaze is her client, and Brook agrees that it's a great arrangement. She's sad that Lois is leaving the country since, as upset as Brook still is about everything, she wanted Lois to be around when she finally got past it. So while it's hard for her to say goodbye to her mother, they're in a better place than they've been in months, and the lines of communication are finally open again. Michael easily convinces Jacinda to take a job at Aurora and fake a relationship so they'll look believable as a couple if they're called to testify at Willow's trial. Jacinda is not only on board, she's eager to learn something new and possibly start a new career. Spinelli confides to Jason that he's worried that Nathan will take James from the family Spinelli's trying so hard to keep together. His other big fear is that Maxie will die and the family will fall apart anyway. Jason reminds him that Nathan is a good guy and suggests that Spinelli see him as a parenting partner rather than some kind of rival. Spinelli asks Jason to use his own experiences to let Nathan know that keeping the status quo is better than disrupting James' life. Lulu and Nathan catch up, which gives him the chance to relate to someone who knows some of what he's going through in coming back after being away for years. She assures him that Maxie still loves him, but she admits that she doesn't know if Maxie will choose him or Spinelli when she wakes up. Britt and Carly end up at the hotel sauna at the same time and spend all of it snarking at each other, mostly about their respective relationships with Jason. Carly wins this round.

If you're yelling at teenagers for simply walking into a diner, you've truly lost it. Everyone who's had a ridiculous run-in with Drew like this needs to start feeding stuff to Lulu to publish so his constituents will turn on him.

Why did Drew say that Rocco was a criminal like his uncle Lucky? What did Lucky do? He should have compared him to Nikolas. Still an uncle, and with the same outcome of doubly ticking off Laura.

Brook and Lois' scenes were nice. I'm glad they split on good terms. It felt really realistic to me that Brook can't completely let go of her anger but still wants and needs her mother.

I doubt anyone will be that surprised that Michael's "dating" an escort. His first girlfriend was a stripper.

Jacinda agreed to Michael's plan awfully quickly. She didn't even ask how much he was willing to pay her.

I'm waiting for Britt to taunt Carly about Josslyn keeping a secret, and for Carly to just stare her down now that she knows it.

Showing us the note from C to Britt over and over doesn't answer any questions, guys. Cut it out.

October 27th, 2025

Laura, Danny, and Rocco succeed in getting Ronnie to understand why everyone hates Drew. Drew, of course, whines that Laura has turned Ronnie against him, because it's not like he did anything wrong to make her come to her own conclusions. Laura thinks that the Quartermaines need Ronnie, and that Monica left her the house because she recognized that. Jordan manages to spend time with Curtis without telling him that Portia is secretly pregnant. Curtis admits that he may have given up on his marriage to Jordan too quickly, and he feels like their feelings for each other are still there. Jordan acknowledges that she still feels drawn to him, but when he says he wants to try again, she tells him she can't. It turns out that Dante and Lulu didn't know that Rocco was going to have dinner with Obrecht, and Lulu isn't happy that her son kept it from her. Nathan talks her down and promises to keep an eye on him if there's another family gathering. He reminds Lulu that Rocco is a good kid and convinces her to let him come to her and confess rather than confront him. As Rocco tells Charlotte and Danny, his reason for keeping the dinner quiet was that he knows it hurts Lulu's feelings when he wants to spend time with Obrecht and Britt. Emma and Gio are ready to try again to get into Dalton's lab, and they enlist Danny, Rocco, and Charlotte to distract security so they can do it. Speaking of Dalton, Sidwell is frustrated with his lack of progress and is thinking about replacing him. He's hesitant to bring in Britt, though, telling Marco that his unnamed partner hasn't made an effort to "incentivize" her, something he may have to handle himself. Kristina tells Sonny that Alexis is representing Willow, and he guesses that she's going to try to make Michael look like the shooter. Kristina isn't worried, since she doubts the police can find enough evidence to make charges against Michael stick. Gio tells Emma that his conversation with Lois went better than he expected, and he has a better understanding of why she and Brook made the decisions they did. However, he thinks he's too old to be parented, so he's not in any rush to get to know Brook and Dante. He also isn't sure about going back to music, since he doesn't have the same passion for it that he used to. Martin is suddenly Team Drew again, meeting with Sidwell and Marco for him, and offering to talk to Ronnie to see if he can get her to sell him the mansion. Sidwell and Sonny have a nothing conversation about the same stuff they always talk about. Portia and Isaiah are filler, but least they finally make it to his cabin.

If Laura tells Tracy what Ronnie said to Drew (specifically, that she doesn't like him), they might become friends after all.

Rocco made a good point: The restraining order against him was dropped. So Drew looks even worse for threatening to have him arrested.

Oh, Emma. I'm totally with you on everything you want to do, but bringing teenagers into it is a horrible idea.

When did Martin start working for Drew again?

Why did they have Trina make a ten-second appearance for a filler conversation with Portia instead of showing us Kristina and Marco's conversation?

October 28th, 2025

Ronnie and Martin have been working together this whole time, and though she's who she says she is, she's not the one Monica left the house to in her will (no word yet on who that is). Martin drew up a fake will to get Ronnie the house so she can sell it to Drew, simultaneously ruining Tracy's life. His ruthlessness makes Ronnie realize that he's the one who drugged her. She doesn't want to cooperate with him anymore, but he's made it so he can't be tied to anything they've done, which means she'll be charged with fraud if the truth comes out. Olivia wants Tracy to make up with Ronnie and try to get herself back into the house. Ned supports that, but for different reasons: Tracy ceded too much ground by leaving, and she needs to play her own game instead of Ronnie's. He isn't convinced that Ronnie is who she claims to be, and a fake apology would put Tracy in a good position. Michael weighs in by saying that moving back into the house would allow Tracy to find out for sure if Ronnie's a fraud. Tracy agrees, but when she gives her fake apology, Ronnie announces that she's selling the house. Jordan really wants another try at a relationship with Curtis, but since their first one ended because she kept secrets, she decides to spill her big one before anything happens. She tells him that Portia is pregnant, knowing that he might choose to go back to her and she'll end up alone again. Curtis rushes off to find Portia, worried that she might terminate the pregnancy before even telling him, but she's at Isaiah's cabin for an evening of sex and a negative amount of chemistry. While Isaiah goes back to the hospital, where he runs into Curtis, Portia calls Ava, for some reason. Michael gets Jacinda a job at Crimson, unaware until the last possible second that they have history. Nina strongly objects to the arrangement, but Ava forces her to go along with it. Nina is pretty sure that Michael is paying Jacinda for her alibi, so she offers Jacinda more money to break up that partnership. Jason accuses Carly of avoiding him, which means he didn't notice that she flew halfway across the world and back since they last spoke. She tells him that she's going to keep quiet about Josslyn's job, since she can't do anything about it, and she's going to stay with Brennan because she needs him to protect Josslyn. Carly easily convinces Brennan that she has no idea why Jason has been badmouthing him post-Croatia, then puts her takedown plan in motion by suggesting that he move Valentin to an American prison, because more visits with Charlotte mean more information for Brennan. Brennan is a little too happy to tell Anna that her request to visit Valentin has been denied, so she can't try to sneak behind his back to get information on the Faison project. He does throw her a bone in the form of the news that Sidwell is involved somehow. Jason asks Anna to help him get Josslyn out of the WSB, which Anna knows they can't do. Her best alternative plan is to get Josslyn moved to a different boss so she'll get safer assignments.

All Ronnie needs to do is tell Tracy everything Martin did and beg for mercy. Tracy will likely be so happy to turn the tables on Martin that she'll help Ronnie get out from under any fraud charges.

I was going to say that Martin's plan almost fell apart because of Drew, but it's actually because of Laura, which is hilarious.

"I am the exact perfect amount of naïve." And that's why we love you, Olivia.

Jordan doesn't really care if she's on Portia's bad side, huh?

"An unexpected delivery will change everything." Freaking Noodle Buddha fortune cookies!

Jason, go worry about your own kid. He's about to help someone commit a crime!

October 29th, 2025

Ned and Olivia think that Ronnie's selling the house because she hates Tracy, but they can't convince her to change her mind even if Tracy is out of the picture. Tracy doesn't buy her reasons for selling to Drew, and she slams Ronnie for dishonoring Monica by getting rid of a legacy that was entrusted to her. Nina seems to think that if Jacinda recants her and Michael's alibi, there's a direct path to Willow's freedom. She also thinks that Jacinda has accepted the deal, and she tells Drew that Michael no longer has an alibi. But Jacinda trusts Michael more than Nina, partly because he respects her and partly because he's looking out for her, so she decides to stick with him. Lulu tells Dante that Rocco lied to them about where he was the night of his dinner with Obrecht, Britt, and Nathan, but she doesn't want to confront him. Dante gives Rocco the chance to come clean, and though it looks like he might crack, Charlotte does enough distracting and then outright lying to take the heat off of him. Dante tells Lulu that Britt's involvement makes the whole thing dangerous, so this is something they need to take seriously. Meanwhile, Charlotte urges Rocco to come clean – not because it's right, but because it'll distract Dante and Lulu from the crime they're about to help commit. Like Curtis did with Kai, Portia enlists Ava to help support Trina as she and Curtis go through divorce proceedings. She also reveals her pregnancy and the uncertainty over who the father is. She's considering keeping it quiet until the second trimester, when she can find out who the father is, and then making decisions from there. She's just worried that Trina will hate her if it turns out she got pregnant by Isaiah while she was still married to Curtis. Curtis has a brief run-in with Isaiah that proves that they should just avoid each other at all costs. He tells Laura about his Portia dilemma, confiding that he'd love to have another child but isn't sure what it would mean for his marriage. She advises him not to stay with Portia because he feels like it's the right thing, since their child wouldn't benefit from that. Curtis tells her that his ideal outcome would be having a second child and being with Jordan. Elizabeth bugs Britt about her job, because she apparently has nothing better to do and the writers think we enjoy watching that. Nathan warns Britt that Lulu will likely confront her about their family dinner with Rocco, and he urges her to keep her distance from Rocco for the time being.

Ronnie's justification for selling the house to Drew isn't going to hold together. Laura, Danny, and Rocco are all going to call bull.

Abby was a stripper, not an escort, but I do appreciate that Michael brought her up.

Sorry, Nina. I guess you're going to have to bribe a judge or something.

Yeah, Drew, no one believes that Willow shot you. The police are just messing around by charging her.

Not to defend Portia or anything but it's not like there's a law that he has to tell Curtis and/or Isaiah she's pregnant immediately. Curtis can't really accuse her of lying.

How is Elizabeth even more annoying than Britt? No one likes a micromanager. (Also, I was especially annoyed that she was obviously trying to eavesdrop on Britt and Nathan, but I think that was so the writers could have them in scenes together without them disclosing anything they don't want us to know yet.)

October 30th, 2025

Lulu takes Tracy out for a drink to take her mind off of everything, but Drew shows up and harasses her. Jason sticks up for her by knocking his cane out from under him. Lulu tries her best to comfort Tracy over her loss of stability and her family's legacy, but a look through a box of Alan's things dampens the mood. It's too bad Tracy didn't keep looking, because Monica's will – presumably the real one – is in the box. Portia confirms her pregnancy to Curtis, who's willing to stay together if it means he gets to raise a child from the beginning for once. Portia clearly doesn't want that but can't exactly say that there's someone else she wants to be with instead. Tracy blames Jason for Ronny's triumph since he led the charge in being nice to her. He confides to Britt that he agrees, but he wanted to honor Monica's wishes, so he didn't interfere. Britt manages to be nice to him for almost an entire episode. Cody finds something fishy about the speed at which Ronny decided to sell the house, so he asks Molly to weigh in. She agrees that Ronny selling to Drew makes no sense, but she hasn't broken any laws. Still, Molly will see if Turner can help her look into things. Cody considers leaving town if the sale goes through, since there's no way he would work for Drew, and Molly tries to convince him to stay without saying anything like "I would miss you." He seems to think of her as a reason to stay, though, and they come close to kissing, but they get interrupted again. Turner asks Jordan for insight into Sonny from her time as commissioner. Jordan tells her that Sonny's so charming, a lot of people don't turn on him because they like him too much. Turner clearly wants to see if she can break that streak and get him to slip up and incriminate himself. So when he invites her to have dinner with him again, she agrees. Laura tells Sonny about the trouble Drew is causing now, but I'm pretty sure that's really low down on his list of priorities. Then Jordan talks to Laura about the Curtis situation and her acceptance that he might choose to stay with Portia.

I can't believe Drew left the bar without threatening to have Jason arrested for assault and/or bringing up Danny.

I need Portia to shut up forever about Jordan. You don't get to be snide about her when you've already slept with someone else.

Drew's too cocky about buying the house to ring the doorbell.

So Turner's trying to play Sonny while he plays her? Yeah, she'll never win. She should do herself (and all of us) a favor and go on the pill now.

October 31st, 2025

Gio and Michael both try to convince/beg Ronnie not to sell the house to Drew. Michael actually gets somewhere by telling her that Monica wouldn't want this, and Ronnie admits that, as he suspects, something else is going on here. But Drew and Martin interrupt before she can reveal anything, and the signing of the official sale paperwork gets underway. Lucy approaches Tracy to offer to find the Quartermaines a new house, as well as to offer to reminisce with Tracy about her family. Tracy is resistant at first but finds that sharing memories, even with someone she doesn't like, feels good. Lucy reminds her that a house is just a bunch of walls and rooms, and she can let go of the mansion and find a new home for the family. Tracy agrees, but in the end, it probably won't matter, because Tracy finds Monica's will. Drew tells Nina that he plans to "remember" that Michael shot him, an idea she warns will backfire and not help Willow at all. She informs him that his hero complex has gotten really old, and he warns her not to tick him off, since he could be able to convince Willow to let go of her anger at her mother. Nina decides it's time to play dirty, and she tells Sonny that Portia has a motive for shooting Drew, as pointing people's attention in her direction would help both Michael and Willow. Having incentivized Britt off-screen, Sidwell puts her in charge of Dalton, which neither of them is happy about. Once they're along, Dalton suggests that he and Britt take their research to another buyer and make a bigger profit. Their biggest challenge right now may be Emma, who's about to pull the trigger on her plan and shows up at Dalton's office while he's talking to Britt. Sonny tells Michael that Alexis is going to focus on him while defending Willow, and he needs to keep his anger at Drew and Willow under control if he's called to testify. Michael demonstrates that he can do that when Drew comes by to rub the sale of the house in his face. Laura isn't thrilled that Martin is working for Drew again and has been talking to Sidwell about the election stuff, but, much like the rest of us, she's so sick of all this that she just wants it to be over. Later, Sidwell approaches her with an offer to work together to help the town. Lulu goes to Laura for advice about her kids, thinking that they're slipping away from her. Laura gives her the same advice she's been given before: Be proactive about visits with the people the kids want to spend time with so she can be present and keep an eye on things. Carly and Brennan are mostly filler, but her plot against him seems to be going in the right direction, as he brings up to Lulu the possibility of Valentin being brought to the U.S.

There's so much scheming going on!

Dumb cliffhanger. It doesn't matter if Ronnie signs the paperwork – the sale isn't legal if the house isn't hers to sell. The only difference this will make is if she decides not to sign and gets to redeem herself.

It's too bad Drew isn't involved in Martin's plot. That would take him down.

Sonny's logic is meaningless. Alexis can paint whatever picture she wants about Willow's past and Michael's privilege. It means nothing if she can't convince a jury that Michael shot the person Willow is charged with shooting.
